Mattress is very soft but I've always have had a king and it's never had had a humps in the middle and edges. The store wouldn't help me I've contacted sterns and foster and no answer. Do not buy this product

Truly the best mattress I have ever owned !! I sleep better and longer on it. Even better, I sleep so comfortably that I have zero body pain when I get up . My other mattress would make my hips hurt. Sounds crazy but its true

starts out ok, but soon becomes non supportive too soft. I do fall asleep, but wakeup in pain. I had a Tempur Pedic Adapt it was worse so a traded for the Sterns and Foster and its not much better. They are made from the same company

This RESERVE mattress lives up to all the hype. The combination of coils and memory foam equal rare all night comfort! Worth the money and the wait! Works great with Ergo adjustable frame!

Model I have was not listed. I purchased the model under Costco's Kirkland label. EXCELLENT! After the first night of sleeping on it, both my husband & I mentioned waking up with out any back pain. It is VERY heavy, yet I would purchase it again!

We bought our mattress a month ago, the top portion has a 3-4 inch area that was left not sewn together. Customer service has given us the run around for one entire month with no resolution. This has been an unpleasant experience from the get go.
