I still haven't bought the new lightweight Tidy Cats litter....and here's why. I feel like if I purchased it, I would be losing money. It costs just as much or more as the heavy litter. So instead of getting 30-35 lbs I would be getting 5-15 lbs. I believe weight is a factor since the litter clumps. If it's more absorbent then it would use even more of a lightweight litter. I use regular tidy cats clumping and have issues with the litter turning to clay mountains when my 2 cats tinkle in the same area. I would rather see that improved upon than another product. I wouldn't purchase this litter because of the weight difference.

I use Tidy Cat litter all the time. This litter was like I wasn't even using anything! The urine laided on top of the litter, it didn't smell anything like glade...I'm thinking maybe this was a bad batch of litter!!!! I will never get the glade again!!!

I received a sample of this to try. I currently use the Tidy Cat with Glade, just not the lightweight one. It works just as well as the regular, but it is nice to not have to kill myself to lift it. However, I won't pay several dollars extra to save myself from a few seconds of lifting something into my cart. If it was the same price, I would definitely buy it over the regular weight, but not for several dollars more.

Loved the lightweight version when it first came out, now it's even better with the Glade scent! The clumping also seems to have been improved, and my cats love it. I switched to this product only, and will continue to buy Tidy Cat litter from now on.

This product is horrible My poor cat had it sticking to her paws and it got in between Her toes Clump it was difficult to get it off of her in her walking is affected by it It also gets all over the house I finding it in my bed where she sleeps I found it in her water dish How healthy is that for her

I bought this product recently and my cats would not use it. I have always bought unscented litter and the Glade smell was pretty powerful. My cats would go look at the litter pan, then use the floor. Needless to say I had to go back to the original litter I used, which is also Tidy Cat.

We usually buy this brand at Sam's Club and it used to come in 2 jugs but today we bought this and it's just a box with a handle now. Very disappointed in this change because I am not a strong person and can't lift the box to change out the litter box every time. I'd rather not have to use a scoop.

I have been using tidy cat litter for many years. It seems to me the clumping is not as good as it use to be. The litter crumbles when I scoop it out now. The scent of the Glade is hardly noticeable and I smell more cat urine now. I'm curious why the litter is different from the past. I'm not the only one that notices these differences, many of my friends have switched to other brands and I may follow soon.

I have bought Tidy Cat Litter for years and was so happy when Lightweight came out as I am older and can't handle the heavy containers. It is more expensive but would be worth it if you can cut the dust and mess down. I have had to switch to Clump and Seal because of this, would go back to Tidy Cat if it changes.

When I first tried this litter last year, my cats seemed to track it into the house. The jug of litter just sent to me seemed to work better this time. I still prefer the regular formula, as I find I use it up in the same amount of time and it costs considerably more.
