We're very sorry you're experiencing gas, MJ. Your body may need some time to adjust to the increase in your dietary fiber. Until it does it's actually normal to initially experience changes in digestion such as some minor bloating, gas or stomach discomfort. If you’re a new fiber user, you may want to start out nice and easy, and increase the amount being taken gradually.
