Truly. Life changing. After struggling for a couple years, this has been my saving grace. I feel normal again - finally. I take one serving a day and it's just the right amount to keep me regular. I have friends who have tried this method as well and have been pleased with the results. (you also need to drink lots of water)

Fiber helps slow down sugar absorption great for everyone especially diabetics I use metamucil when I am at home this is fantastic to have a fiber supply with me when I eat out it really works

The flavor is great, they are easy to chew, and help keep my stomach flareups down.

I hate adding fiber in my liquid. Won't drink it. But these are awesome. Great orange flavor and a gummy makes me take them. I highly recommend them.

I am time User of Metamucil. These goonies just do not seem to work as efficiently as the powder. While they are convenient, they really don’t do the job.

I had hoped to get capsules in the store but only gummies were available.

I'm sure for most it is great; HOWEVER, be careful main issue(at least for me) is I would always use the powder form which always worked well but switched to the gummies because the price/dose was a little cheaper. BIG mistake as I found out after the fact that the gummies use a DIFFERENT type of fiber which when I tried I thought I had a virus it was solid but very soft so constantly wiping. Switched back to powder %26 it took about a week but back to normal so keep that in mind. The other lesser issue can be said for any type of gummy they're stuck together from Day 1. I used a teaspoon to take them out, also added drying packets you get in other pill bottles, didn't help much.

There is something wrong with this bottle of gummies. They have a terrible taste. I have bought these from Sam's for over a year now and they have always been fine. They have like a dry powdery "chemical" taste to them. I will be returning this week. So disappointed.

This contains a sweetener that I will not purposely ingest.

Overpriced garbage. Not the correct fiber just sugar that makes you gassy
