Excellent product

My wife loves these as they are easier than taking the Meta powder drink mix.I only purchase when they are on sale, which is usually every 2-3 months and i stock up at that great price.

They are so convenient. Taste is great.

Taste good , effects

Great taste, but a rather mushy, gummy texture and unpleasant to chew. I end up just sucking on them until they are dissolved.

This really works. I take the average of 3 a day and it is just the right amount like the instructions say.

I purchased these as my location was out of the Psyllium Fiber Capsules. They are NOT the same. They did not provide me with the bulk I'm accustomed to with the capsules. I'll buy another brand of capsules before buying these again.
