Not the same effect for me as the psylium husk that is in the powder. It gave me intestinal disturbances but you have to work up to the full dose for the gummies like you do with the powder. I am sticking with the powder.

My wife loves these as they are easier than taking the Meta powder drink mix.I only purchase when they are on sale, which is usually every 2-3 months and i stock up at that great price.

Good brand and it works well.

These gimmies are a sure way to get fiber into your system. Quick, easy and tasty. The fummies are soft and easily digestible.

This really works. I take the average of 3 a day and it is just the right amount like the instructions say.

I purchased these as my location was out of the Psyllium Fiber Capsules. They are NOT the same. They did not provide me with the bulk I'm accustomed to with the capsules. I'll buy another brand of capsules before buying these again.
