I absolutely love this machine it deep cleans so well, brings my rugs back to looking new again. I couldn't have asked for a for no better.

Great carpet cleaner. Got it when my dog had an accident on the carpet. This cleaned it up so quick and got the carpet back to new condition. The only thing I disliked about it was the scent that it left behind was too strong

Overall a good product. I expect i Will need to wash rug and area rugs a few times until water comes out clean. I do wish the surfaces were dryer to the touch. Took all day to dry. Once dry everything looked pretty good! Impressed!!!

...the tanks are insanely small. It does an amazing job cleaning and is better deel cleaning and tackling stains than the Hoover and Bissell I have previously owned, but the tanks sizes on those were enormous in comparison. I emptied and refilled 3xs on an 8x10 area.

The biggest issue I have the tank for the dirt water is way to small otherwise works great

We don't have dogs in my house but they all shed a lot of hair haha ​​it's a mess to sweep because it never cleans perfectly but since I got this product it has helped us a lot, the bad thing is that you have to empty it all the time but it cleans excellently, I traveled with many cleaning heads, easy to use and although its size is not practical, its presentation is very nice and the colors are striking!

The instructions about how to actually use it and the meaning of each indicator could have been clearer. Amazing cleaning power! Not this is not vacuum, but carpet / upholstery cleaning device and solutions. So it is recommended to vacuum before use. The results are great. Only one down side is that it get warm pretty easy which make you take a break of 10 minutes to cool down , so it’s kind slowing the cleaning process. But other than that , good value.

It cleans up wonderfuly after my pets. It gets rid of pet hair and the odor of urine from my elder pets. It is also really easy to use. It has two cleaners that mix to get the carpet really clean. I love it.

Very easy to use, stain remover removed a pet urine stain from previous years back effortlessly. I love that it has the attachment brush, which made it easy to scrub the stain before going through it with the vacuum. I am extremely impressed. Definitely won’t be going back to any other pet stain removal vacuums. The maintenance is quite simple, and it’s ready to be used when needed.

If you have kids or pets this is a MUST HAVE. My only complaint is I can only find the cleaner on the shark website and shipping is $10.
