I purchased yesterday and made for my wife and I. The portions are just the right size as we would find in a restaraunt. The seasoning cooked up well on the portions and did not slide off as in previous brands i purchased at Sam's Club. This is a great option for anyone looking for a quality meal at home.

This is our favorite salmon. I love the spice. I just tried one of your other products but the texture of the salmon was not even good. I cooked it the way it said and checked the temperature and it was not good. If you can't restock this, pick a similar product, not the marinated salmon.
