I bought this and I was a bit apprehensive.. but I'm very impressed with this product! Perfect portions and they taste amazing!

Does not have the taste nor the texture of salmon. It is EXTREMELY salty and fishy. I've eaten a lot of salmon in my many years, fixed blackened and other ways, and never experienced any that was unedible.....until this!

I serve these fillets with white rice. Simple yet satisfying! Great flavor.
