Terrific Customer Relations

My new steam mop wouldn't make steam. I contacted them, via email. The advice was clear and quite easy. The outcome, I Have Steam!! Issue solved.

Complete garbage

I've had this mop for just over a year. The cap on the tank has broke twice. The clips have all broke. This thing is a huge piece of junk. Spend the extra couple of dollars and go with a Shark.
