We like it! I would recommend dampening the Velcro mop head Easy to use. We alternate with this steamer and the Bono floor mop Heats up quickly.

I've had this mop for just over a year. The cap on the tank has broke twice. The clips have all broke. This thing is a huge piece of junk. Spend the extra couple of dollars and go with a Shark.
