This being my second set of these tires on my wife's car says a lot. My wife commutes 80 miles, six days a week on mostly rural roads. I get a little more mileage out of these tires than more expensive  brands that I have used in the past. When the time comes I will purchase another set.

These tires have excellent tread, they grip the road in rain, snow, or gravel. I have been extremely happy with them, they have been wearing very nicely and evenly. I don't notice them slipping as much as my old Continentals. For the price and the quality, I plan on getting something from the General brand again in the future.

I've had this tire on my Valkyrie Interstate motorcycle for two years now. I had it balanced by using 3oz. of balance beads.  I love it. The profile has nice round edges and it is a tad narrower than other car tires I have used and narrower is better on a gravel road. Even 1/8th inch difference on a gravel road makes a difference.  Since my wife has pretty much quit riding and projects,  my road time has dropped dramatically but in the last 2 seasons I have maybe ridden 5000 miles total. I really like this tire. A friend has been a little hesitant to try a car tire on his bike and has not tried mine but he is adding a sidecar so he may do it as the cost difference between a car/ cycle tire makes sense. I've been using a car tire on my bike since 2003. This tire is only H rated but I don't plan on doing any high speed racing. I'm pretty happy with it.   The only reason I looked on this site today was that I couldn't remember where the tire was made.   Fuel efficient doesn't come into play , it's weather you crack the throttle when you have 6 carbs, so I gave it 5 stars for efficient. Also asked- recommend Continental tires?   I would this tire.

we have three ehicle riding on Altimax RT43  a 2013 mustang  V6 305/ a 2010 Taurus LTD ,and a 2006 Malibu Maxx,V6 allof these cars a driven thru north country winters all conditions,you name it we have it! we drive hard! not only the traction is great,the ride and handling  is great! The price is very competitive !

I drive a lot and I had BF Goodrich TA Advantage tires and they were loud and I couldn't get them to balance out so I bought the Altimax tires in March 2020, on my brothers recommendation.  As of January 2021, I've accumulated 52,000 miles and I bet I get through the summer with them as they are wearing fantastic!  I liked them so much I put a set on my sons 2002 Honda Accord EX and he says the snow and ice traction are excellent in Chicago winters!   I highly recommend this tire!

I've had these tires for about 15,000 miles now. They have been nice. Not much road noise, handles well with good tracking, looks good and good traction in the rain. In what little snow we did have, they had good traction as far as I could tell. I'm not an aggressive driver, but these do work well on my Honda Accord.

I based my purchase on the reviews.  I was looking for a smooth ride, but these tires were terribly harsh no matter how much air I took off or added.  In the last week or so it has gotten better ( I haven't put many miles on the tires to be fair ) and I'm hoping it will continue to improve.  The tires do seem to give the car more performance.

This is my second set of these tires on my 2006 Buick Lacrosse. The first set I got 54,500 miles on them and could have gone a bit longer but the winter weather was approaching. These tires do not last however on the low profile sizes. I also had put them on an Hyundai Elantra and didn't get 27,000 miles off either set I had purchased.

I bought them for my Sienna first, then my Mariner. The tires seem to work well with both FWD and AWD! Snow and winter performance was good. All other seasons were great. We did feel a major difference in ride when installed! C/R recommended these and for the price I/we tried them. Thankful we did!

These were rated highly by a highly respectable consumer group.  These tires are quiet and ride solidly with no slippage on wet pavement. Haven't had them long and haven't put many miles yet, so we'll see if they hold up as I am a low mileage driver.
