Product came damaged — box showed no indication of damage whatsoever, but door to unit fell off when first opening it and was dented so bad at the hinge that it would not close. There was no way to fix it, had to load it up and return it to a local store.

Nowhere in the description.Did it specify this freezer is not frost free. I didn't even know they didn't make Freezers. At frost anymore. Just a month and a half after purchase , I opened it for about the 6th time and it was loaded w/thick frost. i called to return and eep simply said i have 90 days to return. they offer no p/u for return

this freezer is small but gives us the extra space we need so we can buy more frozen stuff, easily doubles the amount of frozen food we can keep. what I eont like is a very minor issue that it's very light and you have hold onto it when opening the door since just opening the door can pull it away from the wall, otherwise it works great and looks good in our kitchen

so much freezer for the money!! it is much bigger than i expected and it came early! the only thing I see that i don't like so far is the way the temp control is designed. it's really no big deal. it's just a stupid design flaw I would LOVE to hear the explanation for!! it's annoying that anyone would design something that way when the rest if the unit is so thoughtfully y designed!! if you buy one, which l do recommend, you'll see what i mean. otherwise it's beautiful

It's a decent, lightweight, upright Freeze that is quiet and seems to work well. I wasn't sure what to expect but the price was right and I took a chance. I'm glad I did because this is working out better then expected. I didn't like the typical Box Style Freezer because everything is stacked on top of itself and to find something means bending over and digging through everything. This upright freezer is easy, open the door, grab what you want, close the door, life gets no more simply then that. The way this thing is advertised is disappointing, I almost didn't buy it due to the lack of info. I'd upload pics of the inside but just know there's 5 shelves, I think 5 maybe 6, and they are easy to access. The best thing is food stays frozen as each shelf is a freezing unit unlike most freezers on a Fridge that need space to circulate air, this unit does not. Each Shelf seems to be some sort of freezing unit and there's no fan to speak of inside as no way to block air movement which means this unit can be stuffed full with no worries of frost. Oh, did I mention it's quiet. I mean whisper quiet. I sleep not 4 feet from this unit and I have yet to hear it run. Of course I know it's working because when I grab something out of it, it's frozen LOL... Each time you open the door then close it, the freezer runs for a min or two, but short of that I think it's very well insulated. Given what I paid, it's cheaper then most box style freezers and better, much easier to access and find what you're looking for. I hope it lasts a long time all things considered. I've owned it about a month now and I've very pleased with it. It's about 2 feet wide, side to side and front to back and just over 4 1/2, maybe 5 feet tall, and very light and easy to move. My eclectic bill didn't increase, as far as I can tell, so it sips electric too. It's not energy rated but I feel it's energy efficient. I hope this helps...

It’s still in the box. I’m hoping to start using it in the next few days. Sorry I can’t really give much of an opinion at this time. It did come very fast and the delivery person was nice enough to set it under the shed roof to keep it and I suppose themselves out of the rain.

Great little freezer! I love the shelves. A great purchase and would definitely recommend! Perfect for extra freezer storage. I like the design much better than a chest freezer. Everything is easily seen and reached. No digging like you have to do with a chest.

The freezer was on sale so I went for it. The shipment arrived on time and in good condition. Many reviews mention dents, scratches, etc. when it arrived so inspected everything before unpacking. The packaging was sturdy and tight. The freezer is lighter than I expected so moving it around was not an issue. Onnce I turned it on, it only needed a little over 2 hours to get to -2deg F. So far so good. At the low price, I hope it lasts.
