The freezer looked like a nice unit. However, it came with a massive dent in the front of it. Contacted Walmart and am having FedEx pick up the damaged unit, and should be receiving a replacement in 1 week's time. Will update when the new freezer arrives.

this small upright freezer is perfect if you have smaller spots or just need less room to have this item, easy to open and just plug, it got freezing pretty much instantly, made well and had shelves so you can find your items easily, perfect size for our garage and i love it!!

I was thrilled to buy this freezer at such a great price PLUS have it delivered free! FedEx did a great job. I was worried about damage after reading reviews but it arrived in great condition. It works perfectly and keeps the food perfectly frozen. It’s so quiet when it’s on you can barely hear it. It looks great too. It seals so tightly when the door closes too. I love this freezer!

Gets nice and cold on the medium setting, looks very nice, and the price was right. I don't like the fact that you can't remove any of the shelves and doesn't seem to have a drain either for defrosting. Creates a very strong vacuum when door closed, making it difficult to open. Non-removable non-adjustable shelves are a drawback as well.

Loving the upright freezer with shelves. Really saves on space in the home. Seals well and freezes quickly. No scratches or dents visible. Definitely a great deal for the sale price of $199.00 I think an improvement could be a pouch on the door to put small items like sauces, or a bar shelf like they have in a refrigerator. I did buy a small ice tray bin to put my sauces in, since nothing came with the freezer. Although I am truly loving my purchase!

Being a person with mobility issues, this upright freezer was exactly just what I needed. It doesn't require one to bend over when placing in or removing items out of it. My freezer sits on a refrigerator stand with wheels (lockable). Since I'm OCD - this freezer makes it easier to denote different frozen items on different shelves (frozen meals; ice cream; veggies; french fries; meats; etc. This freezer keeps my items very cold. I'm so happy with my purchase.

We replaced a very old but was a workhorse for many, many years with this one. Nice sized freezer for empty nesters. There were a couple of small dents in the front and one side of the freezer. It wasn't worth the effort in sending it back though. The seal is very, very tight so one has to be careful in opening the door or you may pull it over on you. We are considering anchoring it to the wall.

After plugging in, it immediately was making a loud noise. The noise hasn’t stopped. After being plugged in for a day, it already had ice building up at the top. It came with the metal bent at the top of the door on the outside. It is pretty hard to open when trying to open one handed putting something inside of it. We still want to try and order a replacement and see if it’s any better.

Walmart confused me with delivery date, put it out a week from date said upon ordering. But showed up on time from original date? Computer glitch, I guess. Box had dents and dings in it, which concerned me after reading the reviews. Was pleasantly surprised when I took freezer out of box. Absolutely perfect, plugged it up and is working just fine. Very happy with this purchase.

Great freezer for small spaces - fits perfectly behind my basement door! Plug in and in under 12 hours it was cold enough to keep ice solid. I love the re-assuring sound of air being sucked in when you close the door. Finally I find what I need within seconds!
