Besides FedEx leaving about 1/8 mile at the bottom of my driveway after I told them I am a 66 year old female and would not be able to get it to my home that's where they left it. The freezer it's self has numerous dents on the outside, top, both sides .The inside one of the shevkes

The freezer itself is great, built like a commercial freezer with cooling throughout the shelves, and it's doing great in our dining room. My issue is with FedEx, who consistently loses packages, is late, has delays for weather in places that have perfect weather, this time decided to deliver my freezer across the street. My neighbor over there decided what a windfall that was and put it in his garage. I had to beat on his door for 10 minutes to get him to open it and face me so I could ask him to give me the freezer that I could see in his garage with my address label on it. FedEx is trash. Do better, Walmart.

We lost our home during Hurricane Beryl five months ago. We are trying to adjust from a 1200 sq. ft. home to a tiny 225 sq. ft living space. We purchased the Frigidaire 7 cu. ft. frig first. It is adorable. A mini version of the 17 cu. ft. one we lost in the storm. Suprisingly, we don't even miss the larger appliance. Since the frig takes up so little of our precious space, we purchased the Frigidaire 6.5 cu. ft. upright freezer. We are living large with our small appliances. Thanks, Frigidaire!

I guess it’s my fault for not paying attention, but all the other standing freezers have at least one drawer at the bottom…I thought this one did too. It does not. Things are constantly sliding out as I open the door. I will update on the performance once I e had it for awhile, but it froze very quickly. I put silicone ice trays on each level and within 2 hours they were all frozen. So far so good

Delivered damaged but seems functional. The outer package seemed fine but there was a large dent across the front of the door. We plugged it in and it seems to be staying cold. Since it is in a secondary location we were still willing to keep it and customer service was kind enough to give us a partial refund. The price was to good to pass. We were in need of an additional freezer and it is a great size.

The freezer is nice looking and has good capacity . The 3 cold settings will keep the temp well below zero. The downside; the shelves are not adjustable so don't plan on freezing or storing a 20 lb. turkey as the shelves give you approx. 7" in height. It is very light and if not full it's tippy when you open the door.

Yes, the shipping isn't the greatest, but considering it came from California and only had a small dent on the front, I'd say that is pretty good! Plugged it in, and it works as it should! I got a better deal on this than a chest freezer, and I prefer not digging for my food. I'm so happy with this so far!

Sounds like you either get a great one or a dud. We got a dud. Plugged it in, it sounded like it was working, but it never cooled down. We put a bowl of water inside before packing it with food, (thankfully) and after one day, we still just had a bowl of water. I'm now looking for a different freezer to replace this one. Save yourself time and the return hassle!

Firstly, it’s a lot smaller than you think. Secondly, I plugged it in and it just hummed all night and never cooled. Last but not least, Return was a hassle. Initially, I was expected to load it up and return it. Spend the extra money, the reviews are true.

Needed extra freezer space, first tried the box style, left with having to unload half of it to find something, this new stile with shelves was totally affordable and made it a lot easier to find what you wanted. Doesn't take up too much space either.
