Lots of little dings and the plastic cover on the top back was shattered which is weird bc it was very well packaged. It’s ways smaller than I expected but that wasn’t its fault I just didn’t know what 6.5 was. Cooled down really quick and is fairly light

Freezer made it dented and scratched. If you have no "help" getting it into house forget it. FEDEX delivers to door but not up steps. I still have foam, etc taped to bottom of freezer... how do you get that off without turning upside down? We need to go back to local furniture dealers... you know, the ones who delivered, setup, cleaned up, inspected, etc.

We have always had a chest freezer but our old chest freezer started leaking and it was going to cost about $150 to fix it so it made more sense to buy a new one. I'm so pleased with this freezer because it has shelves and I can clearly see everything in there. When we had the chest freezer I couldn't see everything in there and so alot of items ended up in the trash. I recommend this freezer.

I was very excited, this freezer was perfect in everyway at first. However two months later the compressor brakes and hundreds of dollars in food ruined. I had a warranty however I've been sending emails and calling the company for over a month and they just keep asking the same questions. I don't know what will happen but it was a big waste of money.

We love this! We have a small chest freezer that is hard to find anything in. This stands up, so it takes up less floor space. Also, the shelves allow proper air flow to keep the temperature even. We can find things so easily. We can fit bins on the shelves to hold loose/small items.

The one I received was well beyond packaged with wood and styrofoam. However, it was slightly dented when I opened the box. It’s a garage freezer so there was no reason to complain. The shelves are not adjustable as they are also part of the freezing process. I do worry abt some things sticking to the shelves but only time will tell. I just needed more than the drawer in my kitchen freezer.

I'm surprised by the amount of room in this thing. There's plenty of shelves, which makes it easier to organize. The shelves are fixed, and it looks like there might be cooling lines running through them. It cools quickly. the one drawback i have found is that it isn't easy to level it.

Very important, this is a garage ready freezer that can take temperatures from 0F-100F . The item description information does NOT state that!! High quality item, great shelving AND plenty of shelves so you don’t have to stack your frozen goods! Appears to be well built and high quality material.

Great freezer at a great price. Key is to leave upright and unplugged for 24 hours before plugging in so the compressor can do it's thing (previous reviewers complained about issues/not working after shipping). No issues and works great. Received without any damage and was packaged well.

The experience was mixed , communication was fine, but I didn’t have any deliver information or whether they were gonna bring it into my house. Then when it got here ;I saw it kind of dropped from the truck. The driver DIDNT have a dolly to pull it on so he proceeded to drag the item . I was in total disbelief, halfway down the sidewalk she stopped to say do you leave it here and I said yes. he just kept the hint. I have to try to do my job and I’ll understood that, but it was unacceptable to die above the box where heavy dragged that it was kind of scraped on the inside the item dude wobble, but as I compare the view from that other store stated it would wobbled. This is in the basement on the cement floor for this might be an issue
