The Frigidaire Platinum Silver Upright Freezer is exactly as described. It fit right in with my other stainless-steel appliances (no big difference). It does not take up a lot of space and It comes fully assembled. You only need to remove it from the box; remove the tape and padding from the inside; and plug it in. When you plug it up, the motor sound is quiet. Also, the supplier recommends that you give it two hours to get cool; however, it immediately starts to cool and only took 15-20 minutes to notice the difference. After plugging it up and waiting the freezer gets very cold. The shelving is appropriately spaced, and I am thoroughly impressed with the product. Well worth the money. Note: The only complaint that I have is when I received the product and removed it from the packaging is that it was slightly damaged. There was a long scratch on the right side of the refrigerator. I thought it was initially a blemish from the plastic covering; however, once the thin plastic covering is removed the scratch is highly visible.

Ok this is a direct response to the seller I bought this from! It is 100% tacky to not include this being a scratch and dent item!! I know this is not sitting on a showroom floor and fancy but honesty is key here. Even if it’s going in the garage or shop etc. Nicely wrapped fancy box with a bow only to get to the tu^d inside that clearly stinks! I’m not all about looks let’s hope the inside proves to be of great quality! So far so good on that end of this, “what I thought I was ordering verses what I got!”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's beautiful, had the ideal design, loads of shelves and easy access via a front door making loading and unloading the freezer for an old lady with a bad back. The price was fantastic and the value beat other comparable freezers.

Worked for a couple of days, then unit quit working. Lost some food, not a lot. Tried all the trouble shooting tips. Need to return or exchange and web-site not pointing me to any solutions, contacts or call points. Frustrating for sure.

Very pleased with the freezer, it's nice to be able to get to everything without having to dig to the bottom freezing your hands and finding things that you long forgot you had purchased and are now no good cause they got covered in the box freezer.

Not recommended. Stopped freezing after 6 months of buying item. They indicated its garage ready, but they won't cover any repairs if it's in the garage.

We were looking for another freezer to complement the shorter freezer to stock up on meats, fish %26 veggies. It fits great in our space in the kitchen plus this freezer can be placed in a garage and work well.

I bought one of these a few months ago for my mother, I finally got my own!!!! It's perfect and best of all I don't have to climb 16 stairs anymore to the basement to get freezer food. So happy for this purchase

size and price were great. I put it next to a box freezer that was very old, this one takes up less space. has plenty of shelving to separate stuff.

I dislike that they put. big sticker on the front that was hard to take off. Now it's all scratched. It also makes a lot of noise. It looks nice and keeps my stuff cold. I am not complaining.
