Purchased and installed 3 in my house. Within about a year they all started making a whining noise when flushed that could be heard throughout the house. Save your sanity/time and pay a little more for a better toilet I had to replace all 3 of these!!

I bought this and sams now can not even tell me where to get parts. The buttons corrode easily and need replaced. Do not buy this crapper buy a good one like American Standard, they can tell you what you need to know about a toilet from 1964 lol Sams cant tell you a thing.

There was one problem the box say's it includes everything to install included but when I opened the box the bag with the installation supplies was missing. Needed to go back and get the supplies to install. The Toilet works great after we got everything and easy to install.

We have an issue where every time the toilet is flushed, water gushes out between the upper tank and bowl. The instructions contain a spare parts list that includes the hardware in the leak area. We called the number in the instructions (877-804-5504) and woke up some lady (at 10:30 AM). She explained they no longer support that toilet and she gave me another number to call. The second number immediately went to voice mail. There was no company identified. We then tried the website listed in the instructions ... samsclub.com/membersmarkhelp. After a lengthy wait, we were told they couldn't help us and we would have to take everything back to the store! We asked that a Sam's Club Manager contact us ... we haven't heard a word.

This toilet is easy to install & has all the parts & instructions necessary (except floor bolts, if existing bolts are unusable). I had never installed a toilet before but had no difficulties. Also, this unit has a stronger flush than a more expensive toilet one of my friends bought.

I plunged and plunged and plunged, flushed five times and still have a plugged toilet. I am completely disappointed. My mom has other brand new toilets, but they don’t plug up! I will have to buy other toilets and throw this one in the trash… I bought it about six months ago and just installed it, so I am stuck with it!

This product is nicely packaged with the tank separated from the toilet in the box. The tank comes preassembled with all the flushing mechanisms attached inside as well as the bolts that will attach to the toilet. However, once we put everything together, placed the toilet, and turned on the water, the toilet began to leak. We tightened the bolts and couldn’t get it to stop but we were apprehensive that we would break the tank. We ended up dismantling the insides of the tank including the bolts that attach it to the toilet and found that there was an additional metal washer that was placed between the rubber gasket and the tank bottom. This was only done on one side and caused the leaking. This appears to have fix the problem

We recently bought it. We assumed it was gonna be the real McCoy. But no. The first time I went number two on it I kid you not, I had to flush 7 times to get the bm to go down. D; And it’s been like that ever since, 5-8 flushes. I would recommend the toilet if you rarely have bms.

I have installed 4 off these over the last 3 years at my home. Very easy to install, includes everything needed. On one I had to have a longer water supply line because off the shut off location. I did have a problem with water leaking after flushing due to a bad Flush Valve Seal. The toilet just kept running. It was an easy fix ,took less than 10 min. It's a rubber washer that seals the fill valve that was bad. I found a new one at a local hardware that fit perfect. It's 3" Diameter with a 2" hole . The one that failed was about 6 months old. None of the others have had any problems. The first one I installed over 3 years ago. I think they are a great value.

Looks expensive, great value.
