looks nice but it sits higher than my name brand which is not comfortable. I was willing to live with the height issue but doesn't flush well. "Solids" sit up high close to the front and stay there when you flush. Disappointed in this product

I have not installed these toilets yet, but I have three others that are identical to these and all bought from Sam’s Club. All of those have been in service for five years or more and still work perfectly. The price is about half that of similar toilets at home improvement centers.

My son purchased 1 I purchased 3. I purchased 2 in June and recently installed one of them. The tank was cracked and that's why I purchased the 4. I love them but did not know till it was installed it had a hairline crack and leaked. Thank goodness Sam's has a good return policy.

Bought April 2019, after 1 year needed flush valve now after 4 years needs flush valve again 4 calls to sams member support to get manufacturer phone number for parts replacement. It has a 5 year warranty. Sams support does not have the phone number readily available in their database. On hold while they search for it 15 minutes and call drops lol , never got phone number.

I purchased this toilet for my son's bathroom. I replaced a Kohler one piece that cost and arm and part of a leg and would clog every time someone used the stupid thing. This toilet has been great, not one clog and it's much better. I just bought a 2nd one for the pool house that really doesn't have a very steep line connection to the sewer line. I've had a toilet in there that is +20 years old and it never clogged, we are remodeling the pool house so a new toilet needs to be installed. We are hoping this one will work as well as the old one, given the issue with the sewer line. I guess that will be the true test.

Bought a few years ago, it started to constantly run, cannot find new guts for it. Sam’s use to sell them, but has stopped. I guess they want me to buy a new toilet every time it messes up. The buttons on top are cheap and has started to peel. Idk if I’d buy another one. Good for a few years

No tank to toilet bowl seal… no big deal, go to hardware store, get one, doesn’t fit right. It seals but makes the tank wobbly. Zero hardware included except the bolts for the toilet seat. Had to go buy wax ring and bolts. Clearly states all hardware included…. Just buy a real toilet.

This was a great buy and more water efficient than my previous toilet

Sits at a nice height. Easy to install

The #1 flush actually powerful enough for #2 and saves 1/2 gal each flush
