Purchased this dryer 4 months ago and hasn't worked right since day 1. I figured well let's try all settings and see. Now after 4 months the dryer still is not drying as it should. On any cycle be prepared to wait 3 to 5 hours to dry a normal load oh and so everyone is aware, they don't have a light in the drum either, so take your flashlight with you. Finally called samsung and they said well if we don't find anything wrong that I'll have to pay the service fee! Oh and they will set up the appointment to come out regardless of whether it's convenient for you. THEY set up the appointment for yesterday 5/12/26 without giving notice! So to make a long story short don't waste your money on this unit. I am currently looking at Maytag, %26 Whirlpool dryers to replace this one. 800.00 bucks down the drain!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung washer and dryer in July 2025. I wanted a dryer with large capacity and that dried my clothes efficiently. I love the different options for cycles and the fact that the dryer connects to my WiFi to notify me if there is an issue or when the load is done. I have not had any issues thus far and would recommend!

So far this dryer has been part of a really good washer/dryer combo. One thing I don't understand - Why make a dryer that can play me a song and talk to my phone, but doesn't have a light inside... Really, I didn't know they even made dryers without lights - terrible oversight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this dryer. All the dryers I have had in the past can't even come close to comparing to this one. The connectivity being able to connect to my phone is amazing. I never have to wonder when my clothes are done because I get a notification immediately whenever the process is done, and anything going on with the machine I get a notification immediately and I can start or stop the machine while I'm not at home which is amazing. 10/10 for this machine specially when paired with the washing machine. I'll never own a different band washer and dryer. Also have never had to run more than one cycle to get the clothes dry, whatever setting you set it to is exactly the outcome you going to receive. It doesn't leave you wondering what temperature works best because everything works as described in the settings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the wrinkle prevent - I use it even if I'm at home because it allows the clothes to cool down and prevents them from wrinkling like they normally do when the dryer shuts off and the clothes are still hot.

Nice dryer but I can't believe it doesn't have an inside light. Can't see inside the dryer.
