When opening this seasoning has a mesquite bbq smell. I used this in hamburgers. It actually has a great flavor but I am sensitive to spice so this is just a bit too spicy for me. I recommend highly for those that arent as sensitive to spice.

Good seasoning. I was trying to find something similar to Cracker Barrels camp fire seasoning. This is close. Good on most meats.
