Days after we started use the new washer there was rust running down the drum. Contacting support was useless! No offer to fix the issue, dispatch someone to look at it, or replace it.

Meh. Nothing special in my experience. Some common sense functions such as spin only (since the original cycle didn't do well enough) are not easily apparent. Engineers too clever for their own good.

I've had this washer less than six months and it made loud noises. We had a service man here to fix three or four times. Couldn't fix it. It was replaced. 4 months later same problem. This time we think it's fixed. “DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

We bought this washer over a year ago. It washes very well and is quiet and easy to use. Haven't explored the app that much but it adds a nice high tech touch.
