Used for two months with small to medium loads until the machine started making a nasty metal grinding noise. We learned pump was broken in washing machine. App experience with LG was horrible.

We've had this for almost 30 days and love it more each day. It does a great job at cleaning everything including our king sized bed sheets and bed covers. The tub holds so many thing but it will all come out clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Love dark gray color, 5.5 capacity, no agitater, Lots of cycles to choose from. It is deep, I have to use a claw to get clothes out of bottom, I'm only 5'1" Also runs very quiet.

Haven't had the machine long but it cleans everything great and is so quiet compared with my last washing machine!! I fit my king size comforter in and it washed it with no problem!!

I purchased this washer about a month ago. It has a very large top loading tub. This washer has no center agitator. LG washer uses 40% less water for the wash, and spins out great. I love this washer.

So far so good with this washer. Discovered that the Heavy Duty cycle works best with 2nd rinse and Turbo Wash options enabled. The Normal or Regular cycle just doesn't use enough water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the LG Electronics - WT7400CW for the ability to wash large loads. Wash loads now that would normally take two loads. great for washing comforters.

I went with LG on recommendations from a friend. I am glad I did. It's easy to use and does the job of washing my clothes. I haven't had to use it but I heard service is great with LG also
