[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy that I bought this washer and replaced my old one. It is easy to use and energy efficient.

I returned the previous purchase and paid little more for this LG washer. It does a great job while be so quiet. I appreciate this LG technology. Thanks!

The washer is easy and so far working well. The only issue we had was the water at times does not drain from the detergent basket. But most of the time it is perfectly fine.

I replaced a 20+ year old washer. This new LG has futuristic features, but easy to use. The clothes seem to get cleaner than my last washer. I like that I can choose "more water".

We love our new LG washer and dryer. It's huge. We finally have a washer and dryer big enough to handle the bedding, clothing and bath towels of our five person family. It's quiet, efficient and works great.

First time buying a top loader and I'm impressed. It's a large capacity and a comforter can easily fit. It's easy to work out the functions and most importantly the clothes come out smelling clean and fresh. Would recommend.

The only downfall I have is why is there no Permanent Press cycle in either the app or directly on the machine? Otherwise, it's great. I love the fact that the timing of the load cycle is based on weight and not just a standard. So far, so good!

We are delighted with our purchase. The capacity is far greater than I anticipated and works well for my family of four. Clothes are cleaned thoroughly and it even handles tough stains from two very active teenage boys. Highly recommended.
