I had sod put down last year and then this spring I had a bunch or areas that were dug up by squirrels/raccoons. Very frustrating after spending all that money and we are preparing for a wedding party. Scott's E Z Seed came to the rescue. Was able to loosen exsisting soil, add a little top soil and Scott's E Z Seed and the lawn now looks great. Keep it watered and it works wonders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sample mid October. Living in New Jersey, I was not sure about the timing for the application. AFTER I applied I received an email from Scotts that the sample was sent to late and I should wait until the next growing season. So, we got a break on the weather and even thought the temps were in the 40's at night, the seed grew!. It is still thin but it is alive. I hesitate to water now due to frost so we will see what happens.

Well, I did everything that the instructions said and also used teh on line chat. I bought two EZ's for my lawn. (expensive) I Have watered and still no grass. Maybe it takes more than 10 days. Easy to distribute and great concept if it actually worked. Right now disappointed. Should see some results. I overseed and put on bare spots as directed.

Just like any of the Scotts products, following the directions is the key to success. I've used this for several years and never had a problem. This seed acts fast & fills in fast & that should make you Happy.

I've used a lot of grass seed in my life and this one was a massive disappointment. After a few attempts to get some green chutes to grown i ended up with brown patches all over my lawn. The soil seems to have been damaged by whatever chemicals are in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the easiest reseed information spot product that I have ever used You scrarch the surface a bit to loosen the spot shake the canister, and keep it a little moist and in my case it was about nine days and the bare spots were turning green

This was the 2nd year in a row I tried this product. I found it on sale at 1/2 off so I bought it again. It grew in one spot which was in a shaded area and did not grow in a sunny area. I will go back to using add'l seed along with the patchmaster (green) product.
