With the help of Scott's EZ Seed, I was able to grow grass in three major trouble areas in my yard. I had previously tried multiple types of lawn seed, fertilizers, and soil ammendments, but it wasn't until I used EZ seed that these areas were able to grow any grasss, let alone the thick and lucious one that grows there now with the help of Scotts! I would highly recommend EZ Seed... if it can grow in my trouble spots (had been battling them for nearly 30 years), it can grow anywhere!

It has been a full week now and the grass is filling in very nicely. We had the end caps of drain field dug up and used this to repair the lawn damage. The grass is a very nice deep green color. The mulch is a great indicator when you should water. I had to water the patches 3 times a day to keep the mulch moist. The results were well worth the effort.

Had a bush removed & used this to regrow the grass. *We didn't know after you remove a bush that you should add soil and then add seed. We just used the EZ-GROW product watered & hoped for the best. The grass grew in beautifully! I've also used it on the sides of my driveway where we occasionally drive on the grass during the winter. Grew nicely as well. So, I plan on using it again on the area a tree was removed..

Scratched the ground just with a little rake and little effort, then applied this product. Worked very well and grass that came up produced a full lawn in the patches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product packaging is very well designed. The dispenser head is especially good at an even flow of material. I first used the product on an established lawn bare spot. It took a week to see any growth but part of the problem was i was unavailable to keep it moist throughout the day. Then the tree stump remover guy came and took out two stumps. I had ideal top soil conditions and very well timed rain storms that were soft rains, not downpours. This was the cats meow! Strong growth is up and continuing, there is no over seeding or bare spots. So, with the right amount of water and care, this product is great.
