My wife won't let me get rid of the dog so this is the second best thing. Grows back a thick green patch that matches my lawn; love it. A little expensive but well worth it.

The key with this product is to keep it moist. Don't overly saturate it, just keep it moist on a daily basis and you should expect good results.

The home and the yard were in decent condition however we had some bare spots where it was very shady. For example the grass near our mailbox was non existent because of a tree shading the area. My boyfriend was determined to get a beautiful green yard and got to work. This is one of the many products he purchased (and still purchases) and it worked great! Scratched the soil and applied with the scotts hand spreader and lightly covered with straw and watered Temps now are perfect for seeding so anxious to see it fill in with this product.

Well, I did everything that the instructions said and also used teh on line chat. I bought two EZ's for my lawn. (expensive) I Have watered and still no grass. Maybe it takes more than 10 days. Easy to distribute and great concept if it actually worked. Right now disappointed. Should see some results. I overseed and put on bare spots as directed.

I have very little sun in my backyard due to a very large walnut tree. There is a spot in my backyard without any grass at all. Neighbors told me there was no way I would ever get grass to grow. I saw the EZ seed and figured it would work. Within about 2-3 weeks I started to see grass start to sprout. It took a little longer than the bag says, but I also didn't follow the watering the way I was advised. Other than that the product worked amazing and I am very happy with the results. Can't wait til next summer :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have dogs (plural) who are tactfully classed as "high energy". The lawn takes a beating. Add to this that we need to use the snow blower in the winter to cut paths for them over the lawn to take care of their business, and you end up with lots of small areas that need patching. This doesn't include that dog urine continually in the same general area kills what hasn't been damaged by the show blower. I had tried patching with topsoil and grass seed and only had mediocre results. A few years ago, I saw a demo ad for EZ Seed in one of the box stores where they had grass growing on top of a cinder block and decided to give it a try. The results were amazing and I've been a convert ever since. It's simple to use and the results are worth it. Follow the directions on the label and it will work. Period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] EZ Seed is working in a area that is hard to grow grass. We spread the seed mid October and the new grass is starting to grow now in November. Hopefully is spring here in Michigan the grass will be thicker.
