[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this product for years. It's easy to use along with Scott's lawnsoil with Starter fertilizer. Takes a little for grass to get going but once it does it fills in and is nice and green You just need to water it properly. Keep it moist

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for 4 seasons here in Montreal Quebec and I have not found a product that grows effortlessly shake it out over the bare spot or where you want to overseed a little and water, sprouts in about 8 days and grows really well in any soil. It is a little pricey if you want to reseed a lawn but nothing better for any other type or repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a couple of planters on my lawn and when I finally moved them it left me with a couple of bare patches. Scotts® EZ Seed® Patch & Repair made it a breeze to get grass growing again on these spots. With a combination of mulch, seed, & fertilizer all in on dispenser all you need to do is shake an appropriate amount onto the bare spots and water it in. I used this product a couple weeks ago and I already have quite a bit of new grass coming up!

Well, I did everything that the instructions said and also used teh on line chat. I bought two EZ's for my lawn. (expensive) I Have watered and still no grass. Maybe it takes more than 10 days. Easy to distribute and great concept if it actually worked. Right now disappointed. Should see some results. I overseed and put on bare spots as directed.

I used this product in a very small area, approximately 8' x 12', and used premium top soil about 4" think. Kept it watered according to instuctions and nothing grew. Waited for over 3 weeks and ended up getting ordinary grass seed, Perrinal Rye Grass, and within 10 days of reseeding had perfect grass. This product does not work and is extremely expensive for what you get.

Working on trying to get rest of lawn to look the same. Daughter saw results and tried product , she had the same results. This product is super easy to use, just spread and keep watered. Will use again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced all of my lawn a couple of years ago with this product. I just love the durability and feel of the fescue grasses. I used this product on some bare spots I had from my dogs this spring. It took 1 1/2 weeks and it is already coming up. I would recommend since it is so easy to use and it really produces.

I had a lot of small patches (less than 6” diameter) and some bigger ones. This product worked pretty well on the smaller bare areas and less well on the bigger ones. One of the bigger patches came in nicely (after several applications), two other ones came in pretty poorly. Overall this is a much better product than PatchMaster. What I found is that I ended up applying EZ Seed a few times to the same area. This helped tremendously but as mentioned a couple of spots would not take no matter what I did. Overall the product is good for filling in smaller bare spots and not so good for say a 12” or bigger bare spots. Also, I suggest you apply this as early as possible to give the grass a chance to get stronger prior to winter.

The seed germinated in no time at all and the results were great. Product was easy to use. If you purchase good products you end up with good results and Scott's has my vote. I would recommend any of your products to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have a dog whose urine burns and kills the grass in spots. Tried supplements for him to no avail. This seed fills in the holes well. Comes in fast and doesn't take a lot of attention to maintain. Highly recommend.
