[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get great results without having to constantly keep watering. Once a day is fine and it does well even if you forget a couple of days. Make sure you loosen the soil at least two inches. Its very important to keep watering after the grass fills in!!!!! The highest quality seeds germinate last so keep lightly watering the area until you mow a few times.

The 3 steps listed on the labeling assured easy application and follow up watering. Once the weather remains at a constant 60 plus, I look forward to seeing the areas fully filled in.

This was the 2nd year in a row I tried this product. I found it on sale at 1/2 off so I bought it again. It grew in one spot which was in a shaded area and did not grow in a sunny area. I will go back to using add'l seed along with the patchmaster (green) product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just as it says EZ seed. It is an all in one product that is so simple to use anyone could use it. Just open spread it around make sure you water it and boom a week later you have grass growing!

Right now I'm using this product and the mulch stays wet in warm temperatures! I'm hoping the seed germination will happen in 5-7 days. It was told to me that Scott's EZ Seed works in cooler temperatures! If not I was going to wait until next spring to use this product! I'll wait and see what's going to happen! I bought this product last year and the results were very fast! My decision to buy this product again was to fill the dead spots on my family's front lawn. I haven't had to water the spots everyday because the weather is not hot and it's Fall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a couple of areas in my front yard that I thought I was going to have to resod. I put this down on the spots and the grass quickly came back. It looks like my regular normal grass and cane in pretty thick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My lawn was has many patches that needed to be filled. Scott's EZ Seed was a great product to solve my problem. The product container is easy to store and does not take too much space. The product was quick to germinate.

Had bare spots in mostly shady areas. Where I had roughed up the ground and partially buried the seeds it grew like gangbusters! Couldn't be more pleased! Where I had just spread it on the bare hard ground it had much less growth, but still got started so it can eventually grow in. Overall very much worth the price. :-)

I tried this on a half dozen urine spots. It was easy to apply and some grass did germinate, but overall very little grass grew. I do recall thinking how much mulch and how few seeds there were in the areas where I applied it. Maybe I bought a batch that was more mulch than seed? I wound up reseeding the areas with Scott's EZ seed, which grew very well.
