Since these were received two months ago during the winter, limited sunlight may have affected their ability to fully charge. Even with new batteries, solar lights need consistent sunlight to maintain performance.We recommend placing them in direct sunlight for a couple of days to see if their performance improves. With recent rain, there may have also been several days of overcast weather, which can prevent the lights from receiving enough sunlight to recharge. We recommend placing the lights in direct sunlight for a full day or two to restore function. Solar lights need a strong charge cycle after a few cloudy or stormy days.
