Simply amazing! Who would have ever thought a mattress in a box would be fabulous??!! Not only is the mattress beautiful, but the support is wonderful. Our house is divided in the soft/firm camp and this one makes us both happy. The mattress doesn't run hot (a big concern for me!). Truly never thought we would get a mattress without trying it out first in a store, but REALLY this mattress is GREAT!

It is a hybrid, so there are still springs that you can feel from the side, but not from the top. The top layer is cooling and great for warm weather and feels a bit like memory foam. When you go to sit on the bed, there is some spring to it as well!
