[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first mattress in a box I have ever owned. I love that it comes so compact and is easy to get upstairs to my second floor before expanding it! Expanding takes seconds after the plastic is removed from the mattress, and it's literally ready to go right then. The hybrid mattress has the support of springs, but the comfort of memory foam. It's a very comfortable mattress, and it even has that cooling feeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta Luxury Hybrid 12" Mattress is a versatile option that caters to various sleep preferences with its hybrid construction of memory foam and pocketed coils. It is available in multiple firmness levels—Plush, Medium, and Extra Firm—making it suitable for different types of sleepers. The mattress offers good motion isolation, pressure relief, and temperature control, making it a well-rounded choice for both back and side sleepers. However, it might not be ideal for those who prefer a very firm surface or a floating feel while sleeping

We had an old interspring mattress with a topper so we went with this one. Very comfortable for a medium bed, not too soft or firm. Also, has very good motion isolation and going with a metal box spring, there is almost no noise getting in and out of bed. I recommend getting this when on sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking to upgrade my daughters bed from the old off brand bed she’s had for years and decided to give this for her 13th birthday. I wish I had gotten it for myself now! It has a perfect mix of soft and comfy without being so soft you can’t get out of bed. The hybrid style is great for support but has the movement transfer like a memory foam mattress. The mattress is all luxury and looks like the fabric won’t pill or discolor easily. The edges are crisp and give an elevated look to the room. I am very very pleased with this bed. No smell upon opening and fluffed out within minutes. 100% buying a king size next 🤩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They’re quite a few things that I love about this mattress. I love the support that this mattress gives as well as the coldness I was hesitant about a foam mattress as my experience with the foam products retain heat but this did not retain as much heat as I thought. So far the firmness of the mattress has held up and I hope it continues to hold up long after.

In a good status, with 1 years used
