So far so good.Packaged very well, beyond easy to put together had it done in thirty minutes, heats up quickly, nice cedar smell, great quality, heavy duty glass and easy to clean. Love the options for red light therapy and chromotherapy, feels very high-end...love it!

We shopped locally for a sauna, and were drawn to this one by price and good reviews. I'm writing this review to pay the review-leaving process forward. The manufacturer called me to explain how shipping works, and expected timeframe. The person who called me had looked at my street online, and knew exactly what challenge the shipper would face getting to my house. The shipper (Cross Country) kept me posted, and arrived exactly when they said they would. Shipper was very helpful, and urged me to look carefully at the (two) boxes to make sure they were undamaged. The sauna came much earlier than the first expected delivery date. Unpacking and assembly took my wife and me 1.5 hours. We're not mechanically inclined, and the written instructions were not great - but we easily found a YouTube video that helped us envision the assembly. It's actually easy, and intuitive. The sauna works great, and as advertised. In under 48 hours since the arrival of the crate, we've used it multiple times. We're amazed that such a great item can be built, packaged, shipped and delivered for the $2099 we paid. Nice sauna, great price, and very satisfying purchase %26 assembly experience.

I rarely write a review but we got this on sale last month and it has been exactly as described by others. Good communication from company and shipper. Arrived across the country in 10 days. Took about 2 hours to put together and used that evening. Would recommend!

Got for $1799. Wonderful price compared to other models. I waited for the sale around Valentine's Day. It was simple to put together. Only need 2 people for the door the rest just locks In place. Took 30 ish min to heat up first use. I have home gym so just planning to start heating up when I start working out and sit in it after. Shipping took about 2 weeks. Shipping company was great and manufacturer communication was very clear! They will reach out before shipping it. I think this is a great value for the price.

Never ever going back to a gym to sit in a community sauna! This was the best purchase we've made in years. Very easy to put together (less than a hour), material is great quality, and it heats up perfectly. I thought the site says it only goes up to 140° but ours hits 150. We put ours in our indoor pool room and it looks like it came with the home originally. Plus we've been eyeballing saunas for a few months and pulled the trigger when it went $300 off. Can't stay out of it!

The only thing far more superior than the product these beautiful people sell is the level of customer service they provide post sale. They even responded to my somewhat elementary questions on the weekend, AT NIGHT! Until some months ago, I was able to add, subtract, divide, and multiply two digit numbers without the need for a calculator. A traumatic event in my life, however, has had a profound impact on my cognitive ability and at times, I find the simplest of tasks to be extremely complicated. In my attempts to assemble a sauna (manufactured by these beautiful people) I purchased from Sam's Club, I encountered difficulties which were later determined to have been some of the simplest of tasks. When I contacted them with my questions, not only did they not dismiss my questions, they acted in the most professional manner and responded with easy to follow instructions. If you are considering the purchase of a sauna, PLEASE do yourself a favor and purchase one of their products, otherwise, you'll be selling yourself short. I absolutely love my sauna and use it on a daily basis with absolutely no problem.

Very fast delivery, 7 business days. Very good instructions and very easy to construct.... less than one hour. It heats up very quickly, 120 degrees in about 15-20 minutes. Great value for the money!
