Our saunas are large and heavy items shipped via LTL freight service. Your order will arrive curbside on a pallet in 2 to 3 large boxes.

  • Curbside Delivery Only: Due to carrier insurance policies, the driver will not be able to move the boxes inside your home, garage, or backyard.
  • Accessibility: Your delivery location must be accessible to a full-size freight truck (up to a 53' trailer) with enough space to safely maneuver.

  • Moving Your Sauna: We highly recommend having assistance available on the day of delivery, as saunas are very heavy and require multiple people to move safely.

So far so good.Packaged very well, beyond easy to put together had it done in thirty minutes, heats up quickly, nice cedar smell, great quality, heavy duty glass and easy to clean. Love the options for red light therapy and chromotherapy, feels very high-end...love it!

Excellent sauna, easy assembly.

We shopped locally for a sauna, and were drawn to this one by price and good reviews. I'm writing this review to pay the review-leaving process forward. The manufacturer called me to explain how shipping works, and expected timeframe. The person who called me had looked at my street online, and knew exactly what challenge the shipper would face getting to my house. The shipper (Cross Country) kept me posted, and arrived exactly when they said they would. Shipper was very helpful, and urged me to look carefully at the (two) boxes to make sure they were undamaged. The sauna came much earlier than the first expected delivery date. Unpacking and assembly took my wife and me 1.5 hours. We're not mechanically inclined, and the written instructions were not great - but we easily found a YouTube video that helped us envision the assembly. It's actually easy, and intuitive. The sauna works great, and as advertised. In under 48 hours since the arrival of the crate, we've used it multiple times. We're amazed that such a great item can be built, packaged, shipped and delivered for the $2099 we paid. Nice sauna, great price, and very satisfying purchase %26 assembly experience.

Needed this sooner

I rarely write a review but we got this on sale last month and it has been exactly as described by others. Good communication from company and shipper. Arrived across the country in 10 days. Took about 2 hours to put together and used that evening. Would recommend!
