I use this to make candy. I sweeten coffee and tea with it. This can also be used judiciously for baking. It tastes spectacular. The taste is super sweet but fresh and light. The benefits for dental and mouth health are incredible. I just wish there were more seemingly decadent habits like this that are this good for you. I'm in my 70s and my dentist says my gum health is perfect. Just be careful not to let your dogs eat it.

I'm glad to find the best kind of Xylitol, made from birch/hardwood trees, not from corn! We've frozen 46 freezer boxes of Xylitol-sweetened strawberries (so far) this Spring 2026!

I stopped using sugar in my tea about 19 years ago but found the flavor of the tea is enhanced by sweetness. The xylitol is delicious. It helps prevent tooth decay and weight gain from sugar.

I made the switch from sugar to Xylitol. I love this brand. Made in the US from Birch trees. If you’re looking to eliminate sugar switch to this Xylitol. You want be disappointed!

Though very expensive, this was recommended by our dentist to use in place of other sugars, in order to help our oral health, which was declining from too much honey and cane sugar. The taste is slightly different but nice and sweet. Very good product if you can afford it.

This sweetener is not artificial, like sucrulos or saccharin. It is found naturally in fruit, but has an extremely low glycemic index rating. It does not spike blood sugar and is digested by the body later in the intestines, not in the mouth or stomach. Perfect sweetener!

I have been using Xylitol for years to maintain my blood sugar level. It's the closest to sugar taste I found, it doesn't have aftertaste like other substitutes do. Usually I'm very happy with Sam's. I didn't rate it with 5 stars because it came as a rock. Moisture somehow got inside and I have to brake it with meat tenderizer. I know it's not a big deal and it sounds funny,but it is what it is.

Great product, but lost one star from the price being so high. Still cheaper than most other brands made from birch bark, not corn. Bag is zipper sealed, which is hard to close, though it doesn't matter to me. I use it in my coffee and for cooking.

Warning: Xylitol is FATAL to DOGS Veterinarian told me that raisins, grapes, and XYLITOL are 3 types of food she doesn’t allow on her home because she has 3 dogs. One of my dogs had to be rushed to ER Vet because she consumed a raisin and $4,000 and 5 days later she was able to come home. Awful experience and when I picked her up I asked Veterinarian what other foods are as dangerous as Raisins. She said the top dangers were raisins and Xylitol. She said often they can confidently know they can save a dog who has consumed chocolate because usually it’s milk chocolate and the can often save the dog. But raisins and xylitol are extremely Fatal!! I looked thru everything in my home and found xylitol in gum, liquid allergy medicine etc… all kinds of products. But this bag of Xylitol would be able to kill many many dogs. Just please be aware.
