The edge support is great and doesn't sink keeping you stable as you rise to a standing position. I now wake up with no back pain, well worth the money ,Stearns and Foster sells an elite product. I will be a repeat buyer.

Stearns and foster was my mattress of choice some 20 years ago. I needed a new bed and picked another brand. What regrets. I woke with pain all night long switching from 1 side to the other to try to sleep. I finally realized I needed to return to the brand I chose years ago. What a difference. No more pain during the night, no more pressure points keeping me awake. Love my new mattress. My husband, who wasn’t happy about making a new purchase and getting rid of a 4 year old mattress is so relieved we went back to Stearns and foster. My son loves his and my sister has just placed an order.

We only made one mistake: when the white glove service guys offered to take it upstairs we should have let them. This is one heavy mattress! We huffed and puffed it upstairs, got it in place and dropped onto the thing. My wife and I agree that we are too old to ever do that again. Advancing age of the occupants aside, the Lux Estate medium is a great night's sleep.

In fact, we were so pleased that when it came time for our new mattress we didn't even consider other brands. Our new S&F Lux Estate firm pillow top king is everything we expected. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife had been complaining about back issues for the past year after our Denver Mattress foam bed had worn down after only 5 years. We tested this bed out in a retail store and my wife said that this was the one. I love how S&F doesn't make the item until you order it, and it hasn't been sitting in some warehouse for a year. My wife thinks it's a little more firm than the one we tried at the store, but she has zero back pain, sleeps completely through the night, and loves this mattress. Me, I could sleep on a rock & be just fine, but even I have to admit, this thing feels pretty stinkin awesome. It's definitely better than the foam one and holds up nicely with activity like folding it up for watching TV. Yeah, it was expensive, but I now have a very happy wife so it's a bargain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product and the adjustable base on May 29, 2023. It was to be delivered on June 20, 2023. HOWEVER, only the base was delivered. Somehow, somewhere the mattress went missing. It took one week to "track" the mattress before an order for another mattress was placed. FINALLY, the mattress was delivered on July 27, 2023. I had a S&F mattress before and loved it. Which is why I ordered another one. I would NOT recommend ordering any product from the S&F website. Customer service was non-existent.

After having slept on this cloud we've been quite happy. I just wished we had bought this mattress much sooner. We love it and so will you.
