Very flavorful stuffing! We used one sack to stuff a 20lb bird and worked perfect. I didn't add egg just onion and celery sauteed in a stick of butter and chicken stock to moisten.

I decided to try this and I found it to have very good flavor but it was so incredibly salty. I ended up using some and added plain bread cubes to it. Everyone liked it.

So glad I grabbed this to try for the holidays. I love Kinders other products so I knew this would stand in comparison. Great taste and the family approved! Very yummy!

They had me at “brown butter,” something I use frequently in my own cooking, but I couldn’t detect it in the product, just SALT (way too much) and herbs. Because it was my first time using this brand’s stuffing, I followed the recipe on the package for “classic homestyle stuffing.” Though I tossed the ingredients gently, some of the bread cubes quickly absorbed the liquid and turned oddly gummy. To add insult to injury, I’d planned to serve it with Kinder’s roasted turkey bone broth gravy. Glad I had my adult kids taste it first. “Unnatural- no turkey ever tasted like that.”

Outstanding flavor

This stuffing was very good. Lighter and more flavorful than the usual national brand. I've seen a lot of comments about the saltiness but these people must be using salted butter and regular, always salty, chicken stock. I used unsalted butter and soup base, aka bouillon, but not quite as much as it calls for, making for a flavorful but not as salty outcome.

I made the homestyle recipe on the back of the bag and it is delicious! There is a basic recipe, but skip that. My mom had the best recipe, but I have to admit that Kinder‘s beats it. There were only five of us, but I wanted lots of leftovers so I made a triple batch that used the entire bag of stuffing mix. We ended up eating 3/4 of the pan, so I don’t think the portion sizes are correct. That’s the only bad thing. I will be stocking up my cupboard with lots of bags of Kinders’s stuffing mix.

I bought this on sale after the holidays and made the breakfast casserole recipe on the back of the bag using breakfast sausage. I did add frozen spinach as well as bell pepper %26 onion mix and I also cooked it 10 minutes longer the directions. 10 out of 10 and so delicious! Hope they bring this particular product back for the 2026 holidays as this is going to be the new Christmas morning breakfast dish!

I’m impressed. One full bag makes one 9x13 plus one loaf pan of dressing. I was glad I tasted the seasoned cubes before I seasoned my Jimmy Dean sausage, celery and onions! NO ADDITIONAL SEASONING REQUIRED. The flavor is spot on to my annual dressing but without all the cubing, seasoning and drying of bread. Yes, this tastes salty as dry cubes but not once it’s mixed to your preference. I did not use the bag suggestions of mix-ins, I used my own. Hoping they sell this every holiday!
