Kinder’s Stuffing is way too salty for us. Highly seasoned. I’m sure a lot of people will love it but we’ll pass on buying it again.

Very salty flavor. Over powers everything else. Wanted to like this because I'm a huge fan of kinders seasonings.

This stuffing was very good. Lighter and more flavorful than the usual national brand. I've seen a lot of comments about the saltiness but these people must be using salted butter and regular, always salty, chicken stock. I used unsalted butter and soup base, aka bouillon, but not quite as much as it calls for, making for a flavorful but not as salty outcome.

Used for a herb brined turkey. Huge mistake!!! Turkey was rinsed, dried, butter seasoned, and stuffed with this. It came out so salty I will never use this again. I was under the impression these were seasoned breadcrumbs but didnt realize how much salt they already had. My turkey was great, this stuffing was too much.

I made the homestyle recipe on the back of the bag and it is delicious! There is a basic recipe, but skip that. My mom had the best recipe, but I have to admit that Kinder‘s beats it. There were only five of us, but I wanted lots of leftovers so I made a triple batch that used the entire bag of stuffing mix. We ended up eating 3/4 of the pan, so I don't think the portion sizes are correct. That's the only bad thing. I will be stocking up my cupboard with lots of bags of Kinders's stuffing mix.

I'm not one who shies away from salt. I prepared this according to package instructions, using chicken broth and butter. It was so salty it was inedible. Like make your mouth pucker and spit it out salty. And I didn't scoop from the bottom of the bag, took the stuffing mix right off the top. Perhaps if I made it with low sodium chicken broth and unsalted butter, this would reduce the overall salt bomb effect, but then the directions on the package should call for that. Preparing as instructed resulted in a good look, good smelling, exceedingly salty side dish.
