Awesome chest freezer. Arrived quickly, and was packaged superbly. Was not very heavy, despite its size, easy to move from the front door to the garage. It has a smooth, glossy finish. There is a handle in the front for easier opening. The seal is strong and keeps the cold in. It has a small basket, which was perfect for my chocolate chip bags. I was able to fit 10 bags, which is great. It is large enough for our family of 5, I am able to fill it with all of my kids favorite things.

damaged. just opened the box and felt like why are they sending used ones. still scratches on the side of the box. dents on lid, edges as well. also damaged on lid even though they were covered with thermocol protective sheets. definitely used. made look newer and shipped it. why even scratches on new box.

Easy to unbox and move into place. Perfect fit for our kitchen. The outside packing box was in great shape but once unboxed there was a mean looking dent on the back part of the lid. Not your typical bumped into it dent but more like it was hit with a hammer or pipe. Didn't affect the freezer just cosmetic so no going through the hassle of returning it.

The unit was delivered by fedex.Upon opening I noticed damage on the bottom rightside just above the control panel. As a result I was unable to use the unit.Photographs were taken.I called Sams and a new unit was ordered. Now I have to repack the damaged unit and wait for fedex.

I had a horrible experience buying this freezer from Sam's Club. The freezer stopped working within 24 hours of being plugged in. I opted to exchange it for a new one, yet the new one arrived with a giant dent in the side, so I requested another exchange. The second replacement arrived with an even bigger dent. All deliveries were handled (and I suppose, mishandled) by FedEx, so I would definitely recommend Sam's Club not use a residential delivery company for such a large delivery of an appliance. It was an absolute nightmare trying to contact Sam's Club to initiate each exchange, in addition to contacting other vendors to pick up the broken or damaged freezers. FedEx refused pickups because the freezers were taken out of their boxes, so they had to be picked up by independent shippers. I wasted hours sitting on hold with Sam's Club, Curtis International (their distributor), FedEx, AIT Logistics trying to get all of this accomplished. In the end, Sam's Club refunded my money, but refused to do anything else about this experience. I will definitely think twice before purchasing appliances at Sam's Club!

Purchased a Frigidaire 7 cu freezer years ago (2001). The inside had a different material than the aluminum look it has now. It was all white. It came with two (2) heavy weight vinyl plastic baskets. Great freezer and it worked well. My Frigidaire had to be replaced November 2024. Wanted to replace it with the same brand but did not like the aluminum on the inside.

Item arrived quickly, shipped via FedEx. Freezer has several songs on it from where it had been dropped during shipping. The FedEx driver flipped it end over end to get it to the house. I let it sit upright a few days before plugging it in, and it works alright. Just looks beat up for a brand new freezer. I am disappointed.

Delivered damage had to return and didn’t have any replacements, the worst
