I am a member of the Crowdtap Kleenex® Brand rewards program, and Kleenex® Brand sent me a sample to review. In my home we are loyal Kleenex brand users its what we stock up on all year long especially now that cold and flu season will be full blown. I love Kleenex because its soft and strong for everyday sneezes, running noses to minor everyday cleanups and for wiping down faces and even for toe separators when getting a pedicure done. I like that Kleenex is so gentle it doesn't cause redness or irritations. Thank you kleenex because you help me keep my family healthy and my home germ free.

I always liked Kleenex. I use a box a week or two and have been for years. A lot of it is for throats saliva issues I won't get into. I dislike the new box styles. My eyes are sensitive and do not like looking at them. I like the old style. I have save some old boxes to reuse with new ones that I buy. Then I guess I have to switch brands.

I buy these tissues In bulk from Costco. Halfway through the box, the tissues do not automatically feed through the top and you end up having to dig into the box, and try to grab the end of the tissue to feed it back through the top. If you're lucky, you'll get 1 more tissue after that before you have to dig into the box again. Pretty annoying if you ask me. This little song and dance pretty much continues until you dig for that last tissue. I believe I'll go back to Puffs Plus and give up the convience of buying in bulk. I just thought you'd like to know.

We used to buy these all the time, however, we started buying Puffs instead solely because of the opening they use in their rectangular boxes. The Kleenix box is not user friendly. Once you put your hand in there a few times, the plastic stretches apart and the tissues fall back into the box so the next time you need one, you have to dig one out. If Kleenix changed this, we would be back to buying them. They need a larger opening similar to the Puffs brand. I'm sure a lot of people would agree.

Why is Kleenex wasting overhead on this "Trusted Care" line of tissues? Its smaller, rougher, thinner, & weaker than the "Ultra Soft" line which much better quality for the same price. And two times too many have I come home with the wrong tissues because you insist on packaging them the same. Just stop already.

For years, I would search—and find—the classic box with the all-over discrete, single-color, feathery design. It said "Kleenex" in white, unobtrusively, on one corner. I would by the brown for one room and the grey or orange for others. They looked fine with the decor in any room. Fifteen years ago, I tossed my old tissue-box covers that hid the advertising and clinical look of the pre-2000 boxes. Not one of the new, 2017, boxes has an elegant look. They have a design of one or more colors on four sides, and then a contrasting or clashing color and design on the end. They look tacky. I will be on the prowl today for plain tissue-cover boxes. It no longer makes much difference if I buy Kleenex or an off-brand.

You have changed your product. It is scratchy and rough and nothing like it used to be. And you have the nerve to call it "the original"........it is NOT the original Kleenex tissue. Shame on you for denigrating what used to be such a great product.

I grab the anit-viral every time we run out. I have recommended this to ALL of my family and friend's who also have children. Don't know what's in it, but when my grandchildren visit, i grab one and give it to them for thier pocket's and it has kept ME from catching their virus..Awesome!!! Keep up the good work Kleenex!!

The Kleenex marketing team has opted, unfortunately, to end the classic Kleenex box design that offered box hues blending with traditional home colors. Instead, the Kleenex marketing team opted to replace the classic box colors with a style mimicking - I think - the age of the people in the design team. The marketing staff should have researched the demographics of the country and who has the buying power. I'm sure the team is busy patting itself on the back for bring out this new design and colors; meanwhile, check the corporate bank account because I and many others will be purchasing brands that continue to offer traditional colors, in my case the brown box. I've tried other tissues that I thought in the past had become better products! I never pay for the "basic" products. I pay for the one that is a step above, such as Ultra. I have become greatly disappointed in the other brands, realizing the regular brand of Kleenex is much softer, comforting, and absorbent without even being Ultra. I am excited with some of the packaging, but also like some of the basic patterns still available. Also, the pricing of regular Kleenex is cheaper than the Ultra and has coupons readily available. It supports Box Tops for Education on most of its products, too. However, the overwhelming thought is that why many refer commonly to any tissues as Kleenex is because it is always improving to be the best!
