I have ALWAYS used Kleenex tissues and have yearly looked forward to their Christmas designs (and have gone out of my way to purchase them). As the years have gone by, the count in the box is less and less. This is unacceptable. I will look for them no longer. Please heed the advice.

I buy these tissues In bulk from Costco. Halfway through the box, the tissues do not automatically feed through the top and you end up having to dig into the box, and try to grab the end of the tissue to feed it back through the top. If you're lucky, you'll get 1 more tissue after that before you have to dig into the box again. Pretty annoying if you ask me. This little song and dance pretty much continues until you dig for that last tissue. I believe I'll go back to Puffs Plus and give up the convience of buying in bulk. I just thought you'd like to know.

I always liked Kleenex. I use a box a week or two and have been for years. A lot of it is for throats saliva issues I won't get into. I dislike the new box styles. My eyes are sensitive and do not like looking at them. I like the old style. I have save some old boxes to reuse with new ones that I buy. Then I guess I have to switch brands.

The Kleenex marketing team has opted, unfortunately, to end the classic Kleenex box design that offered box hues blending with traditional home colors. Instead, the Kleenex marketing team opted to replace the classic box colors with a style mimicking - I think - the age of the people in the design team. The marketing staff should have researched the demographics of the country and who has the buying power. I'm sure the team is busy patting itself on the back for bring out this new design and colors; meanwhile, check the corporate bank account because I and many others will be purchasing brands that continue to offer traditional colors, in my case the brown box. The new sneeze guard tissues are a disaster. They are not absorbant, everything sits on top. And they are extremely linty, white flecks on my nose, face, and anything I wipe off with the darn things. This was the only type of Kleenex brand on the shelves, will buy store brand from now on.

I finally called after not being able to find the traditional flame stitch boxes anywhere to be told they are discontinued. Darn, loved them SO much more than the new (to me) unattractive ones. On another note, great customer service with a fast human answering the phone!

For over 60 years, I would NOT waste my money on other Brands of facial tissues because KLEENEX was simple GREAT. NOT ANY MORE. KLEENEX NOW falls apart, on the job. Go BACK to your old formula, or consider me an X customer, after 60 years of loyalty.

Originally there were 184 sheets per box. The number of sheets has now been decreased to 160 per box; however, the price has remained the same. That is a reduction of 24 sheets per box - yet charging the same price. I will not buy Kleenex tissues in the future.

i have been buying the COLORED tissues for 33 years now, but the last time i was at the store they didn't have any so i had to buy the "New" Sneeze control, what a disappointment. i used them to clean my glasses and boy what a shock, they smeared them all up. i threw the rest of the box in the garbage and now on the look out for another brand. Bring back the old formula, this one stinks and is not on my grocery list anymore !!!

I've been buying Kleenex for, well, pretty much since I've been buying tissues. Not only are the boxes now hideous! But despite what they say below, they are Not The Same Tissues. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but i notice a big difference in the quality. These feel rough, similar to a cheap brand I've had to use in the past... Why Kleenex, why? :(
