I've been buying Kleenex for over 45 years, and I can't believe that Kleenex would change the formulation of the classic tissue. I don't know if it's bottom line greed or just plain poor judgement, but this is perhaps the worst mis-step by a major company in the 21st century. Simply put, the new Kleenex stinks. With the so called sneeze shield and other changes, I might as well be blowing my nose into saran wrap. Less tissues for the price and now you can't even blow your nose or clean your glasses with that useless piece of white material that comes out of their box. If they don't bring back the old formulation, it's curtains for this brand of tissue. What a shame.

I have used Kleenex for many years with no problems until the last several months. The quality is going down very fast. Now, it seems like every time a tissue is pulled from the box, the lint and larger particles make a terrible mess around the box and on the floor. I usually buy several packages of three boxes at a time. I just purchased 5 packages (15 boxes) and when they are used up (if I can stand the mess), I might try one more box to check quality. If not improved, Kleenex is DONE in my home.

I have been using Kleenex for decades and have experienced the reduction of quality, thickness, strength, size of tissue and count per box for years but never submitted a review. Until now. In addition to those complaints listed above, the new patterns and colors of the boxes are nothing short of ugly. Did the "designers" speak to anyone over the age of 18? I am an ADULT. No one I know, younger or mature, has their homes decorated in a style which the new designs would compliment. Save the special patterns and colors for the kids and holiday boxes and leave the rest of your product packaging for us grown-ups - you know, the ones with the money to buy K-C products. I've been a customer long enough to know how often the box designs change and these gross things are going to be around for quite a while, during which time I will be purchasing another brand of tissues.

Over the last few months it's hit or miss on whether or not the Kleenex box I buy will have a horribly strong chemical smell. I've tried buying them at different locations and it hasn't helped. The smell is overpowering. I've probably thrown away eight boxes to the three I've managed to keep.

Have used "Kleenex" brand my entire life - pay extra for presumed better quality - however as of recent experience - quantity in box has decreased, but prices stay same or increase - OK, Inflation . . . - quality - LOTS of paper dust, thinner tissues, may even be smaller - cannot verify this - QUALITY CONTROL - the boxes we have recently purchased seem to not be "cut" properly. When trying to pull out a tissue, they are wadded up and sticking together in one spot - when you carefully pull out a whole wad of tissues you discover that the edges have not really been cut through - holding them together rather than coming out individually and making a real mess. I will take the time to TRY to finesse a tissue of the box. My husband just gets frustrated and pulls them all out stuck together! - agree with other comments about the new box design - really hideous colors and designs (I realize you change packaging designs, but been this way for at least 6 months) - do not like or want tissues with added lotions, etc. just want GOOD old style Kleenex. They used to come out of the box one at a time, did not have clouds of paper dust come out of the box with each pull, held together when used and much nicer box designs - important since we usually have a box in almost every room of the house - living room, office, bedroom, bathroom, etc. - product quality is no longer there. Sad, more than SIX DECADES long time user . . .

I love kleenex tissues and have bought them for years -- always opting for the gray-, tan-, and brown toned-boxes. Suddenly, over the past couple of months, these colors have disappeared. I cannot have brightly colored tissue boxes sitting around my home. They just don't fit in. I have completely stopped buying Kleenex and now use box covers with generic brands. What kind of crazy change is this????

The new box colors and designs are horrible! I read your comments about trying to bring uplifting colors into your home but really, if I am depending on the color of my box of tissues to uplift me, I am in trouble. I don't need my tissues to encourage me, I just need them to match my room. Please ask your design team to consider the colors that people are using to design their home furnishings....not the latest Disney movie. I know this may come as a shock, but not everyone wants cartoon characters on their box of tissues. Please bring back the old colors and designs...or I am going to have to buy another brand. So sorry!!

Hi. I have been buying kleenex brand for YEARS & I will continue to do so, because I like your product. However......the change of the box designs leaves me disappointed. I keep my bathroom & other rooms very neat & color coordinated. I could always get by with a silver/gray color or something subtle. But the new designs are way too "loud" & look cheap in my rooms. Even plain colors would look fine. I sure hope you change the designs soon. Don't like the boxes at all. Thanks for listening.

I was so disappointed to see that they discontinued the beautiful gray designs with hideous new garish ones that I can't bring myself to buy them. I don't spend my money on things that I don't love and am now looking at other options. It makes me sad. I used to look forward to buying new ones, but now I'm going without and considering making a box cover as it would upset me too much to have to look at these horrid designs.. But if I have to go through all that trouble I might as well switch brands completely. The love is gone.

Like many other reviewers I dislike the latest Box designs. The last ones, with the gray options and orange ones went so well with my decor. These look like something from my 1960s Barbie doll house! I had to buy a different brand. I just can't look at these.
