[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for 2 years and looks as good as the day we bought them. Great flexibility for around the fire, drop the back down during smores time ect, and back up during the time to relax and sit back. Love them.

I bought the Convertible Bench YEARS AGO. Simple to set up, and converts to a table very easily. Looks great on a patio or deck. Two slats on the seat broke recently. Otherwise the bench is still good. I called the customer service at Lifetime. Spoke with Heidi. She was professional, courteous, asked a few questions to know the type of our bench so she can look for the correct part.(slat). She said she would order a complete seat so I can replace it with the broken one to honor the "Lifetime" warranty. I received the seat promptly as promised. Now, that's good customer service and honoring the warranty on a product by a company that stands by its promise - something that's becoming rare these days. Thank you Lifetime.

I bought two of these benches several years ago and have kept them outside by the lake. They were flooded by the big rains in 2015. Then a large limb fell down and broke one slat in the seat. I have requested a replacement and there is no charge!! Amazing! The benches still look brand new and I love the ability to sit on it as a bench and then convert it to a table for dinner!

I really love the concept of this product. It was an affordable and attractive picnic table. I love that the can turn into benches. But it drives me crazy that it stains so easy!! The second anything greasy touches it it stains instantly! (most bbq food is greasy) It should probably be stain resistant to food... It's a picnic table! I have tried cleaning it with soap, cleaner and a water pressure sprayer! Nothing did the trick! I feel like I am missing something!

When this bench is new, it is durable and beautiful. If it stayed this way, I would give this 5 stars. However, after about two years, the slats warp and crack. The frame is still in great shape, but I am going to try to find some wood to replace the cheap plastic slats that come with the bench.

The convertible is very solid and easy to use, but the boards stain VERY easily. Although I know it is outdoor furniture, still it would be nice for it to have a better coating of protection. I will agree with others that the customer service is excellent and some new boards were sent to us, but we have over 12 units...so that's a lot of boards.

I have had this product for just over a year and aside from staining very badly the slats are all breaking and warping. Great idea... poor fabrication...although i will say the frame is built like a tank but a frame by itself is just a waste of space.

Rusting from under the bottom inside of this bench. It has left rust marks on the top of bench legs and the patio. We have two bench and both are rusting the same. I thought we could have this bench for years. Nice strong bench-table, But I don't what rust marks already on the patio.

I’ve owned my pair of these for years. They’ve held up well to the west and have endured many picnics and use. Recently my son was cleaning the deck and somehow put a knee through one of the bench seats. Still don’t know how but, after searching everywhere for material I could replace it with, I resorted to contacting Lifetime about getting replacement parts. They’ve been very accommodating and thoughtful in dealing with the problem. The parts are apparently available through them. Thanks to Heidi for the help!

I got this about 3 months ago and it has been outside on our patio since. It arrived as pictured with zero damage despite the box getting pretty banged up during delivery. I like that there were links to videos provided in the instructions as the second half is a little tricky to put together. So far we are loving the functionality and it converts really smoothly. I wish that lifetime made a chair version!
