Product is good but service very substandard.

The install was tricky as it is a tight space, but we had issues with moisture dripping out of the dryer and the hook up on the washer is backwards. They use a local company for service and they are the worst. These issues were never resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer function itself works great, but about two weeks before 1 year warranty, the touch LCD screen went black. I'm hoping LG will honor its warranty!
