My new LG washer and dryer are a major improvement. During its first month here I'm pleased that the pair are quiet, easy to use, plus they save energy and water. Options are easy to understand to best match for each load's size and fabrics. Happy to say that doing the laundry is a very good experience now!

I bought this dryer about a month ago to replace a very dryer and I am very happy with it. There are a lot of options to choose from and it dries the clothes very quickly. I noticed when removing the clothes they aren't hot to the touch like my old dryer.

On top of it all, it is beautiful and looks great in my new laundry room. It works as advertised. I purchased the front loading washer and dryer in matching metallic grey. Arranging the installation was tricky, because of the gas dryer. It all worked out in the end and LG’s customer service personnel are simply THE BEST! I will never go back to using an electric dryer again. No static!! Wow!!

We have had our new LG frontloader washer and dryer for a few weeks now, and we absolutely love them! They are intuitive to use, due a remarkable job, and look great in the laundry room!

Very happy with our purchase. Love the modern technology especially the AI. No more tossing a wet cloth in to remove wrinkles because this appliance has steam fresh mode. Just downloaded the app too for even more modern appliance features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. I have a household full of LG appliances. My old washer and dryer lasted 21 years and it was time for a replacement. The new units are very nice.

I went with the LG product after a lot of research; looking for quality and dependability - and value. I'm very happy we did, in spite of the learning curve; this is our first foray into the world of modern, "smart" dryers. We're still learning the settings - as far as the best settings for various clothing type. Though there are numerous preset choices that cover the world of clothing and linen - they're not necessarily a 1:1 correlation to the washing instruction terms found on clothing labels. Tumble Dry Low for example is indicated on the majority of our clothing, including sweatshirts. However, if you try to dry a load of sweatshirts using the "Delicates" setting (the only preset you might assume correlates to "Tumble Dry Low"), you'll find they don't completely dry (even with customizing the Dry level to the max). It takes some trial and error with the settings, for us at least. Also, we find the AI setting not to be very useful as you cannot customize the heat level; by default it is set to a higher heat level than we like. We do like the steam feature though - we use it for wrinkle free pants after the regular drying cycle completes - it works great! And we very much appreciate the overall efficiency - a huge improvement over the old fashioned dry we had previously. We're looking forward to mastering the settings. We've downloaded a couple of settings from the app that weren't already preloaded - including "Rack Dry" - which works with a rack (we bought separately) that sits in the drum so you can dry "lay flat to dry" items, or anything you simply don't want to be tumbling around (like shoes).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. The washer doesn't have a way to use cold water. It has to be set every time to do a load. Even if I select cold, when the load is done it is obvious that hot or warm water has been used. Sometimes the gas dryer doesn't always get clothes completely dry. I tried the steam setting in the dryer to get the wrinkles out of a couple of tops and they came out more wrinkled and wet! So much for steaming. The washer spins very well and quietly.
