[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure about Cerial with colored marshmallows. But I tried it and it was not too sweet it was pretty good. Sdn the fact it's cheaper too. I gave my toddler one bite of the Cerial part and she didn't want more but I didn't try to serve it to her. She's still too young for Cerial with milk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was skeptical about trying this cereal because my family generally purchases namebrand cereals only. I was pleasantly surprised while trying Marshmallow Mateys! I have a three-year-old and a one year old daughter and a husband who has a kid at heart. Once this cereal was opened it only lasted in our home for about 48 hours. I myself was only able to have one or two bowls because my husband and both of my children eat it for breakfast and multiple times during the day for snacks. Normally in a cereal like this children would pick out just the marshmallows but my kids enjoyed the serial parts also. I highly recommend marshmallow maties cereal to anyone who wants a delicious breakfast for snack for any time of the day!

Loved Lucky Charms and Marshmallow Mateys as a kid and even in my college years. Picked up a bag this week at the store. Had a bowl, had gas and discomfort that night. Next morning diarrhea. Thought was maybe related to something else I ate not the cereal. Two days later had another bowl of cereal. Same symptoms emerged.

Well my wife and I love your cereals but have to ask is there any way you could make the bags a little less noisy this cereal she likes to eat it plan no milk and she eats it at 5:00 in the morning and the crinkling of the bag wakes me up please can you look into that bag sound thanks for your time

I guess I had a preconceived judgment against cereal that comes in a bag, not a box. So imagine my surprise when I took my first bite and the sweet flavor enveloped my taste buds. The texture of the cereal is amazing with milk. It doesn't get soggy too fast, and the marshmallows add such a nice soft contrast. I do prefer the cereal with milk, however my daughter prefers it dry. She will grab this entire bag and just munch on the cereal like it's a bag of chips. We have really enjoyed this cereal and will be buying it when this bag is gone!

What a waste of money! My kids poured themselves a bowl of cereal and there was maybe 5 marshmallows in the entire bowl of each of their cereals! I don't expect a bag full of marshmallows but we all know those are what kids look forward to. What a waste of money - won't purchase again!

These are not as sickly sweet as the name brand counterpart, which also costs much more. I had quit eating the name brand years ago, but my GF still did; she got these and bragged on how much better they were… I tried a few bites and get to enjoy them again!

I poured the marshmallow mateys into a plastic storage container. The kids gobbled them all up! I have other snacks in containers that are just going stale! Healthy tasty option! I had to go purchase a new bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not usually a fan of the cereals that contain small marshmallows, I think we all know what the other popular brand is. So, when I opened the box to these I was a little disappointed, I thought I wouldn't like them at all. After trying this brand though, I've quite changed my mind. The cereal pieces are a little bit sweet, not over the top, just enough to not be dry and bland. They almost feel and taste like they have a light glaze over them, and they start crunchy for the entire bowl, unlike other brands I've tried. The marshmallows themselves aren't hard, overly sweet, and there's not too few of them. I'm a strange person, so I like a certain ratio with cereals like this, where I get enough marshmallows per bite without being overwhelmed by them, and that expectation was met, as I was still getting equally balanced spoonfuls my last few bites. I've also found that it's been so long since I bought a Post cereal, I forgot how amazing their bags are. We live in an area notorious for ant activity, so I'm always worried about leaving anything sweet out that might attract them. This bag makes that so simple to deal with with its little zip locking mechanism in one corner. So there's no tearing a flimsy plastic bag trying to open it, no struggling to get just enough opened and then close it securely, you don't have to deal with a bulky box, and it makes storage so much easier. Not to mention getting more product overall than a boxes cereal would provide. Plus, to beat it all, Post has a Love It Or It's Free promise, where if you are dissatisfied with your product, they reimburse you, which I think is super cool, not all that many places do that anymore. Overall, I'm actually very impressed with these, and excited to grab some other Post flavors to buy when I'm at the store, as I've just kind of neglected them for a good while, with no really good excuse as to why. I see there's quite a few I haven't tried, as well.
