Malt-O-Meal Marshmallow Mateys Cereal, 33 oz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of my favorite cereals to try. It brought me back to feeling like a kid again.

No Marshmallows in my bag! None!

Just puffs. I saw maybe three marshmallows when I opened and poured the first bowl.

Bought this product and kids wee disappointed because only dry cereal!!! Would like a refund!

I don’t know what is in this cereal — we thought it was good, as good as the brand name marshmallow cereal. And by dinnertime, the whole house came down with diarrhea. I thought it was a bug, everybody recovered and the next time I served the kids this cereal, diarrhea again. That’s a little too much to be a coincidence. Just to be 100% sure, I had a bowl this morning, fresh milk and everything just to make sure it’s the cereal. I am writing this review from the toilet - something is really wrong with either the cereal or their production. We won’t be taking chances again, bag has been disposed of and I will not buy this brand again.

Made whole house sick

My daughter and I are both impressed by how similar the flavor of this cold cereal is to its name-brand counterpart. The marshmallows are different (shapes and colors) from the brand name, but this has zero impact on the flavor/taste (obviously).

I would definitely suggest this as an option for anyone who likes the brand name "magically delicious" cereal.
