Very disappointed

Bought the grey set, its a very odd color. Not a true grey it's more olive grey. It is uncomfortably firm to lay on. The arm rests are too low and leg rests are too short. The recliner which gets used the most the seat has already turned to mush.If I could return it I would. We have had it for a couple of months now.

We're sorry to hear the color was not to your liking. The seating is firm, but it will soften with use. What you will find is that the seating will retain its supportive structure over time. We are always interested in feedback so we can improve products in the future. I love it, it's exactly what I was looking for. The dark grey is gorgeous! Thanks Sam's Club!
