This is the first time we purchased a living room suite online and we were somewhat concerned, however the color was perfect. The furniture is very comfortable and the leather feels great. We had been looking for a manual leather reclining set to replace the one we had for over 15 years which had withstood kids, grandkids and occasional dogs. That set still looked good but time had begun to effect the comfort level. We didn't want an electric reclining model because of the durability of our old set. This is one of the few manual real leather reclining sets we could find and we are very pleased with our purchase. The love seat and sofa arrived in perfect condition. The company that delivered the furniture was very professional and courteous. They called to set up a time for delivery and the items were delivered timely. The only problem we had was the recliner's base had apparently been bent at some point before delivery. I contacted Sams and they were very helpful and had a replacement delivered. The replacement matched the set perfectly and was in great condition. Thanks to Sams for the great customer support and also to Abbyson for the quality of the furniture.

My family loves this sofa set. It is like other reviews said the cushion supports are pretty stiff but I think this will soften overtime and last longer this way. The leather is very soft and we purchased this set on sales. Definitely glad we purchased it.

I purchased this set about 3 weeks ago. It was delivered and setup within 2 weeks after purchase, it actually came in sooner than expected. The delivery men quickly put the set together and arranged the pieces where I wanted them in the living room. The cream is more of a beige color which I actually prefer. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. So in love.

Still waiting for a missing recliner

We got this set last Christmas as a gift and loved it. The only downfall we really have experienced is that when the seats are reclined they aren't long enough; our feet hang off the edge. No reason for return because we like it so we'll.

Oh my gosh, do I love this set. Great deal (I got $1200 off on sale) It looks wonderful and the white glove treatment was the best! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a top quality set.

I brought this a month ago and was very happy with the purchase. Package was beat up but the product is new. Very easy to assemble. Leather is soft and easy to clean. My wife loves it...

My couch was lost during delivery, so I don't have it yet. However, assembly was ridiculously simple to add the backs to the recliner and love seat. I have the gray, and it really lightens up the room over our prior brown leather furniture. The leather is nice and smooth, good quality. I did see that a nail was sticking through the leather on a back bottom corner, but it wasn't serious enough to make me want to return it.

Excellent choice for our family room; quality leather; very comfortable. Delivery was exceptional; Noah was very courteous and efficient. The only problem we're having is my Mother-in-Law cannot close the recliner chair. Is there a trick that would help her?

I am so happy to bought this 3 piece sofa set. I liked the Ivory color, size, and shape. Most important I liked the recliner in all 3 pieces. It makes me more comfortable at the end of the day in my Den.
