After getting a Nespresso I have had more home- made coffee than I ever expected. The machine itself is very straightforward, simple to make it work and make good coffee. It doesn't take up that much counter space, but it still fills the kitchen with the smell of fresh coffee every morning. Easy to clean and maintain. Honestly changed my home coffee experience for the better.

An all time game changer for my coffees. Love that it comes with a frother that warms my milk up for my morning lattes, and that it brews different cup sizes. You can adjust the brew in the app which is SO convenient, and the pods are honestly great value for money and have so many seasonal varieties. Perfect for anyone looking for a convenient yet elevated coffee experience.

I fell in love with Nespresso coffee about 3 years ago. In fact, I own two Vertuo machines, one for each of my residencies. The machine is more attractive than all other coffeemakers. But whoever wrote the machine program is a dig-bat. It is NOT user friendly. It has one button on the top which has some 85 different blink series codes that the customer will have to memorize. While the machine has to think through which code to use to ruin your morning and insult your intelligence with, it's up to you to hold your temper so that whatever condescending twerp wrote its confusing code and designed its machine can laugh all the to the bank. It should have separate buttons to tell us what it needs and other buttons to make it easy to fix. This is not computer class 101—its coffee. I have a 25 year old Keurig that works fine. If Nespresso ever condescends to make the customers' lives easier (and not the dig-bats lives that designed the machine and wrote the code) then I'll return for their coffee, but right now it's not worth it. After three years I give up. It's really a shame. It's hard to deal with snobs. There are plenty of other coffees out there, gotta be one as good as Nespresso that won't ruin my mornings. (Too bad the CEO will never hear this. Everyone I know who has one feels the same. Sales would skyrocket if they would only listen.)

My first expresso machine. Very easy to use. The pods make it so easy to pop in and make the expresso shot. The cream is very creamy and smooth. Also to clean you have to use vinegar or the decal liquid they sell. You can make iced or hot coffee. Different ways you desire. The frother can make you cold foam as well. Nespresso sells subscription for coffee.

Bought this a a replacement for my Nespresso Delonghi & it had been a total disappointment. The handle constantly sticks & this machine does not allow for you to run straight water through the lines if the machine has been sitting, you have to use a pod which is wasteful.

Absolutely love this Nespresso machine! Perfect for a morning cup of strong Joe, iced or hot lattes! Love that the milk frother has the option of hot or cold. My kids use it all the time for hot cocoa! I take it with me everywhere, even camping lol. I hate going without it. Easy to clean with the descaling pods, and is still in perfect condition after 4+ years.

I had this model for a year. I bought all the pods and used it a few times a week. I went to clean it, and afterward, it stopped working. After an hour long video chat, the lady finally tells me my machine is a defect, but it's been a year, so there's nothing they can do. But they gave me a discount for a non defective machine, which I declined because I don't trust this brand now.

My husband bought this for me several years ago and at first I couldn't figure it out. I kept accidentally triggering the descaling function and the pod kept getting stuck. I figured out that you have to wait until the flashing light turns solid before you press the button and if the pod gets stuck use a paper towel and grab it to break it free (video on youtube). Now that I know how to use it I've gone years without incident and I love me Nespresso machine. The frother in my opinion is a must. The best almond milk to froth is the vanilla silk almond milk.

The Nespresso Vertuo Next with Aeroccino is hands down the best coffee machine ever! It's incredibly easy to use, truly feels like having your own barista at home. Every cup comes out rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. The Aeroccino is a total game changer! It froths beautifully for hot coffee and works just as perfectly for cold drinks or even a creamy matcha. This is my third Nespresso machine. I started with a smaller one and decided to upgrade, and I'm so glad I did. Nespresso never disappoints, no matter the style. Best gift ever for any coffee lover! I 100% recommend this brand.
