I had this model for a year. I bought all the pods and used it a few times a week. I went to clean it, and afterward, it stopped working. After an hour long video chat, the lady finally tells me my machine is a defect, but it's been a year, so there's nothing they can do. But they gave me a discount for a non defective machine, which I declined because I don't trust this brand now.

I absolutely LOVE my nespresso! It brews fantastic, cafe-quality coffee. The value of the pods vs the average latte out makes a major money-saving difference. Cleaning process is easy, froth on the coffee is great, and relatively quiet machine. I know I can always rely on my Nespresso! Also love being able to use expert mode on this specific machine to brew ANY pod as a double espresso, it's a great way to get creative with my lattes. Can't recommend it enough! ☕️😋

An all time game changer for my coffees. Love that it comes with a frother that warms my milk up for my morning lattes, and that it brews different cup sizes. You can adjust the brew in the app which is SO convenient, and the pods are honestly great value for money and have so many seasonal varieties. Perfect for anyone looking for a convenient yet elevated coffee experience.

I've had this machine for several years. I love the single origin coffees and some of the specialty flavors, but in general the coffee is much weaker brewed than a typical coffee machine. I do like the simple, single button operation and the removable water reservoir. The machine itself is made of quality materials but it does get finicky and needs to be reset occasionally.

Morning bliss! Best cup of coffee with a minimal amount of work, with a press of a button you have store bought coffee quality. Super easy to use only has one button and the pods come in so many fun flavors ! Absolutely love it and can't recommend enough!

I fell in love with Nespresso coffee about 3 years ago. In fact, I own two Vertuo machines, one for each of my residencies. The machine is more attractive than all other coffeemakers. But whoever wrote the machine program is a dig-bat. It is NOT user friendly. It has one button on the top which has some 85 different blink series codes that the customer will have to memorize. While the machine has to think through which code to use to ruin your morning and insult your intelligence with, it's up to you to hold your temper so that whatever condescending twerp wrote its confusing code and designed its machine can laugh all the to the bank. It should have separate buttons to tell us what it needs and other buttons to make it easy to fix. This is not computer class 101—its coffee. I have a 25 year old Keurig that works fine. If Nespresso ever condescends to make the customers' lives easier (and not the dig-bats lives that designed the machine and wrote the code) then I'll return for their coffee, but right now it's not worth it. After three years I give up. It's really a shame. It's hard to deal with snobs. There are plenty of other coffees out there, gotta be one as good as Nespresso that won't ruin my mornings. (Too bad the CEO will never hear this. Everyone I know who has one feels the same. Sales would skyrocket if they would only listen.)

This is a fabulous product. We found ourselves drinking less coffee, but the low quality coffee makes me sick to my stomach. With the nespresso my problem is solved. This makes the perfect amount of coffee for me, the pods are much higher quality than keurig coffees, and waking up every morning to a fresh latte is heavenly. The available pods online are delicious and pretty fairly priced. Lots of variety so this is great for couples or families. Highly recommend getting this with the frother bundle

I upgraded from my old machine to this one and I love it just as much. Making my coffee at home is so easy! Nespresso has so many pod flavors. The size of it is small and sleek enough to fit on the counter and the maintance is easy to keep up with cleaning. I'll never not have a nespresso!

You can't go wrong with this nespresso machine. I have had the same one here for about three years and it still works like new. I love the way the coffee comes out with this beautiful froth. It's so quick and convenient. And while the pods are a bit expensive, it's much cheaper than getting something at a cafe. The frother is great too - love that I can make hot or cold foam
