I love the small footprint. I am not sure why this only has a 3.8 star rating. I have had no issues with mine and I love the recycle bin/bag for the pods.

It is absolutely one of the best coffee machines I've ever owned. I really enjoy the hot coffee as well as the iced with the best crema. The milk frother is a plus, making a delicious foam to enjoy hot or cold.

Not a fan- I think it's overpriced fancy coffee- and I just want regular brewed coffee when i wake up! To each their own- for me ...no thanks
