This machine stopped working after two weeks. It had a solid light and no troubleshooting made it work. It’s hilarious what is written on the nespresso website for this issue and it seems that this issue is quite prevalent and without an obvious root cause besides being a defective machine in general with a high failure rate. Vertuo is great except not the VertuoNEXT. Get any other model. I returned mine and got the VertuoPLUS instead (which is a much better design anyways).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Vertuo Next Premium bundle at the Walnut Creek, CA store last month, and have been enjoying professional quality espresso drinks at home. I highly recommend you visit a location and get a tour, you'll be hooked! To me, a double espresso is a splurge at the local cafes. For home use, I didn't want to spend the over-the top price point for a traditional maker that actually works (some of the pricy options are still pretty weak). I even tried the legendary, little stove top Bialetti, but wasn't coming close to that powerful espresso brew. The Nespresso machine is cost effective for my espresso fix, but still offers the added option of a larger cup or even carafe. Plus the additional of a milk frother opens up a whole world of options. I am very pleased with my new Nespresso Next & frother. I was a bit nervous ordering it due to the poor reviews, but I’m pleased I ignored those, it is an excellent machine, make’s delicious coffees. I’ve had it for a month now & I'm loving the coffee!

I love my nespresso and all the different types of coffee I can make. My favorite is the double espresso pods and using the frother to make my milk nice a creamy. It's super easy to use and I love that I can just make one latte without a ton of mess.

I've been really enjoying the Nespresso Vertuo Next with the Aeroccino 3! It makes delicious coffee with a perfect crema, and the milk frother works great for lattes and cappuccinos. The design is sleek and fits well in my kitchen. The only downside is that it's quite noisy while brewing, but overall, it's a fantastic machine!

This is my current coffee machine, and it is great! I've had it for a couple of years, and I enjoy the variety of pods offered from Nespresso. The one downside is most of the pods have to be Nespresso brand. I also really love the milk steamer/frother.

Love the coffee machine it is one of my favorites. I have been using it for the past 7 months and the coffee taste is amazing. It is very quick and quiet doesn't make a lot of noise. Perfect for office or home especially apartments. The milk frother is what I look forward to every morning to make a delicious coffee. Don't hesitate if you're thinking of buying. It's a 1000/10

I received this as a gift end of 2019.. I didn't even use it everyday (average 2-3x) p/ week. Went to recently use it and when I turned it on the ‘starter' just started growling and would not work. Turned it off and tried again.. it's broken. It gets 3 stars bc it was great when it worked.. but for it to die not even 3 years later is a bummer. It's too expensive for it to break so soon and without daily use. Would not repurchase and do not recommend this model
