I love our Vertuo Next machine! It's easy to use and gives you the best brew. I prefer double espresso pods and I get a smooth cup each time. It's not completely silent but the noise is not annoying to me. It's easy to clean and will you let you know when it's that time. I've had this machine for 3 years and it's still going strong.

I love this machine it genuinely changed my life and how much I was spending buying coffee out in town. It feels just as special and delicious as going out to get a drink from the drive thru. I even purchased the advent calendar for the holidays to try out new kinds of coffee options.

While I do love my current nespresso, this product was annoyingly manual compared to the previous version and ended up breaking within three months which is unacceptable, especially at this cost. I would recommend the previous model, which was what the companies customer service said to us and what they sent as a replacement

Easiest and best tasting lattes you can make at home. Coffee shop quality in under 2 minutes. Great for busy mornings. I have an hour commute to work and I have to be there at 5am. Needless to say I don't have time to stop anywhere in the morning. The best investment I have made in a long time. The milk frother makes the temperature just right to enjoy immediately. Only complain that I have is the availability and variety of double espresso pods.

Love my little machine! Fits in my small kitchen nook and makes great coffee. It is ready to make a cup of coffee in just about 1 minute. Holds enough water for a few cups. The cost of pods adds up but that's only because I enjoy my Nespresso multiple times daily.

My nespresso was kindly gifted to me and I LOVE it. I save so much money by making my own lattes at home versus going to buy coffee. My only complaints are that it is a little loud and that I've had occasional technical difficulties. You can connect your nespresso to their app and it will help troubleshoot issues for you! There are also great videos on youtube to help learn how to use it and fix any issues you might have. I have also spoken with their customer support team and they were all amazing. Buy this and stop going to starbucks!! Tastes so much better

I received this as a birthday present from my parents and it's quite literally the best thing I've ever gotten gifted. I live alone so this is perfect for me just to make one cup of very strong coffee for myself in the mornings before I start work. I prefer the 1oz espresso pods that are super strong yet smooth and with the milk frother I have a perfect coffee shop latte right at home every day. The milk frother also has a cold foam option so I can also make iced lattes in the afternoon like I'm enjoying right now as I write this. My issue with a normal coffee machine is that it was easy for me to ruin the ratio of water and coffee grounds and sometimes if you leave it on too long it tastes a little bitter almost burnt. You never get this with a fresh nespresso cup! Delicious and perfect every time.
