I’m a big coffee drinker, especially in the mornings. I was looking for ways to make my own coffee drinks at home in a simple and easy way (because some espresso machines are expensive) and found the Nespresso. It’s so easy to use and you get the espresso taste, not the brewed coffee taste. Milk frother is great too, it has a cold and hot setting. I use this machine nearly every day and I recommend it to anyone!

The water reservoir kept leaking and has been replaced twice and still not fixed. I’ve had my machine for a little over a year and it already broke. The machine wouldn’t stop and coffee would just overflow. It was good while it lasted. I’m going to try a different brand for now.

This product is easy to use and makes the perfect espresso everytime. I have been using it for over a year without issues. The pods can sometimes be expensive but overall, you're getting quite a few pods in a case for the price of one espresso from a shop. It pays for itself over time. Yummy and creamy consistency.

I love my nepresso. The only problem I have is that it is finicky- you have to clean it consistently. After a few cups you have to run the solution through it. For the price you pay, you should be able to make a lot more cups before running into these issues. (And yes I always follow instructions and clean correctly). It has a few bugs that are not easy to figure out even after consulting the manual.

We have been in love with this machine for more than a year. We purchased the same ones for our kids and they love it as well. Just purchased one for our contractor, who has fallen in love with the quality of the coffee. We donated our Keurig because there is no comparison if you like rich and flavorful coffee.

I got my first Nespresso after trying a coffee from one of my clients. I put it in my office. My wife fell in love with my machine, so I bought her one, my Mom tried it and also liked it. I am buying a third machine for my mom as well. Coffee tastes great.

I received this as a gift end of 2019.. I didn’t even use it everyday (average 2-3x) p/ week. Went to recently use it and when I turned it on the ‘starter’ just started growling and would not work. Turned it off and tried again.. it’s broken. It gets 3 stars bc it was great when it worked.. but for it to die not even 3 years later is a bummer. It’s too expensive for it to break so soon and without daily use. Would not repurchase and do not recommend this model

Terrible. I’ve purchased several Nepresso machines and this is by far the worst. The first one was traded back in under warranty because it malfunctioned. The current one is just over a year old. Every morning I’m struggling with the lid. It’s just insane!
