We don't own this product but stayed at a family's house for the holidays and used it multiple times a day and found it to be convenient and made great coffee. I was say it saves space on the counter and was easy to use and clean.

The performance is perfect for us, the construction quality is very good, I like its durability because I have had it for 2 years, it is easy to clean and I love its versatility.

I like the simplicity of the design and it's easy to use. There are a range of coffee pod types you can use so there's lots of options for this machine. The frother is also really nice for a coffee. It is loud but it's not too loud. And for the price I think it's a good option for a coffee machine!

I've had this machine for over a two years and I still love it. I'm the only one who drinks Espresso in my house so it's perfect for when I want a cup any time of the day but can easily make a fresh cup for any one who visits or when my husband feels like having a decaf.
