We don't own this product but stayed at a family's house for the holidays and used it multiple times a day and found it to be convenient and made great coffee. I was say it saves space on the counter and was easy to use and clean.

I have no regrets with this purchase! I drink coffee everyday, sometimes twice a day and I love this machine. Especially the milk frother, I can make different flavored foams for my coffee

I like the simplicity of the design and it's easy to use. There are a range of coffee pod types you can use so there's lots of options for this machine. The frother is also really nice for a coffee. It is loud but it's not too loud. And for the price I think it's a good option for a coffee machine!

I've had this machine for over a two years and I still love it. I'm the only one who drinks Espresso in my house so it's perfect for when I want a cup any time of the day but can easily make a fresh cup for any one who visits or when my husband feels like having a decaf. I'd definitely buy this machine again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Vertuo Next Premium bundle at the Walnut Creek, CA store last month, and have been enjoying professional quality espresso drinks at home. I highly recommend you visit a location and get a tour, you'll be hooked! To me, a double espresso is a splurge at the local cafes. For home use, I didn't want to spend the over-the top price point for a traditional maker that actually works (some of the pricy options are still pretty weak). I even tried the legendary, little stove top Bialetti, but wasn't coming close to that powerful espresso brew. The Nespresso machine is cost effective for my espresso fix, but still offers the added option of a larger cup or even carafe. Plus the additional of a milk frother opens up a whole world of options.
